Okay when a dinner roll is bigger than the potato we might have a issue. Then when you look at the strawberry cheesecake and there isn't any strawberries, just add another element to the order. The driver was nice and she wasn't responsible for the order. This is "ALL" Restaurant issues

I walked in to order a to go order. Was not offered a menu, but saw one. Staff was nice but not attentive to customers. My order took 30 minutes after being told 15 mins. No one was in a hurry to do anything there. Then my steak was well done when I asked for medium. The rice was about non-existent with my Maui steak skewers over Roadhouse rice. And they charge $2.99 for drinks. All they had were kids cups. Thankfully she gave me 2 cups when I asked for it.

Ordered online for delivery. Paid $63 for a meal I shouldn't have paid $20 for. Small portions no toppings on the sandwich (mother in law already ate it in a few bites before I got pics). It was just a sad piece of chicken on a bun. You can see pictures for the other items. Very disappointed.

Plate presentation could be better, but the food is so good that I still have to give 5 stars. I love the crunch of the onion rings (not pictured), and the filet mignon was very tasty and tender.
The ribs are also delicious! One of the best in the area.

When we ate here I was upset with the entire restaurant but after thinking a little more I wanted to be specific. Rachel our server not only got my order wrong, she played it off until I asked her specifically if she had gotten it wrong and then she blamed the ordering system. Never an apology just blaming the system. She brought my sides and said the meat would be right out and it wasn’t. I finally canceled my order and had pay for the side. The manager who stood right next to Rachel when I cancelled the order never said a word, never apologized, never tried to make it right. Those two made for a lousy dining experience. My recommendation is to go there only if you want bad service.

The food was good. I would go back just try other things on the menu. Our waitress was nice but could only remember to bring one thing to the table at a time. Like with our drinks she forgot straws and I also wanted some Splenda packets. She would bring the straws and we would have to remind her about the Splenda. That was only one instance, there were more. It got to the point we were making bets as to what she would bring us. Maybe that could count as entertainment?

We had a very less than enjoyable meal with our family while on vacation at this Logan’s. My son ordered a sirloin that was not cooked good at all. The coloring of the meat didn’t even look safe, no pink, seared on outside, and cold on inside. We had 2 sirloins ordered at our table and not once were we asked if the steaks were cooked to our liking. I ordered chicken with a baked potato, loaded without sour cream and it it was loaded without butter. Lots of sour cream and not once did she ask how everything came out. You could see the mound of sour cream on my plate as well as the oddly colored steak on my sons plate. The rolls and sweet tea were great, but the cold not done broccoli just added to our disappointment. I mentioned our concerns with the waitress and she said “I’m sorry” without offering to help make it right. I 100% do not recommend this Logan’s. From food to service we were beyond frustrated.

We haven't been into Logan's in quite a long time we wanted something different and figured we give it a shot. The food was horrible. We ordered the smokehouse bone in ribeye this is a $31 steak. We ordered both of them medium rare and they came to the table well done. The server did ask if we wanted them recognize and send them back to the kitchen however she was the one having to go back to the kitchen to check on them to make sure they didn't get over cooked. When they came out the next time they were less than rare but we didn't want to send them back again. The potato skins had no flavor to them there was no seasoning on the actual potato itself it was just a broil potato with cheese and bacon. The rolls however were good. The servers personality and attention to making sure our food was right really did make up for the experience but we won't be back.
