I HAVE ATE AT FOUR OF THEIR LOCATIONS AND I DON'T HAVE ONE COMPLAINT THEY DO HAVE GREAT SERVICE.THE PEOPLE ARE KIND AND FRIENDLY AT ANY CRACKER BARREL THAT YOU MIGHT GO TO. THEY HAVE NICE RETAIL OR GIFT STORE WITH CLOTHING AND ALL KIND OF THINGS IN THE STORE.GREAT FOOD I LOVE THE CHICKEN AND DUMPLINGS AND RHE COUNTRY FRIED STEAK.MY SON LOVES A GREAT STEAK MEAL THERE. IF THEY GET OVER PACKED YOU MIGHT HAVE A TWENTY FIVE TO THIRTY MINUTE WAIT BUT IT'S WORTH THE WAIT. THE ATMOSPHERE IS QUITE NOSTALGIC. YOU MIGHT FIND A SANTA AND MRS CLAUSE THERE ARE THE GRINCH AROUND SOMETIMES IN ONE.

I never visited the Cracker Barrel in my life and must say that I truly love the food and the country vibe! Throughout our two weeks in the US, we visited about 5 of them. Its amazing how the quality of food, service and interior are identical eventhough the restaurants are 1000's of miles apart. Great job! I recommend going there for the atmosphere and the healthy food options at very reasonable prices! Thank you for your positive contribution to our roadtrip!

I like to go on Fridays when they have the fish special. This time I visited this restaurant in a new city and the service was very slow as for the food, there was an inconvenience but the Manager was very kind and that made a big difference.

We waited almost 30 minutes for our biscuit Benny’s. Food was terrible tasting; eggs were cooked wrong, biscuits had raw powdered flour inside. We notified the waiter both of our meals had extremely bad tasting/ very sour hollandaise sauce. Nothing. No replacement. Didn’t come around to check for almost 20min. She told us thank you for letting her know since the health inspector was coming & walked away. Don’t waste your money on the watermelon lemonade… not much flavor at all.
2 pancakes, 2 biscuit Benny breakfast, & 2 drinks cost $40. We went to another place after cracker barrel to actually eat something. Worst breakfast experience hands down.

You simply cannot go wrong with breakfast served ALL day! You know what you’re getting when you stop at Cracker Barrel but it is always a pleasure to have friendly servers, fast service, and scrumptious fare. Our family especially loves dining here during the holidays for the added treats to the menu. The cinnamon roll pie on this visit was phenomenal! Keep up the great work.

I'll start out saying this, I generally like cracker barrel, my family does enjoy eating here, for whatever reason, at this location we had a bad experience, it wasn't busy but moderate, my wife and I ordered our food thinking it would be like every other time and nothing to worry about, I ordered, meatloaf mashed potatoes with white gravy and mac-n-cheeseour, took a little longer than it should have for no busier than they was but like every other time it's worth the wait, food came out and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, mac-n-cheese was cold like been setting out for a while cold, meatloaf was burnt and my mashed potatoes had no gravy, such a disappointment from a place I enjoy.

My wife and I were seated very quickly, the server was really attentive. After patiently waiting for almost 40 minutes and a party of 10 coming in 15 minutes after us and getting food, we walked to the checkout and let the young lady know we were leaving because we had not received our food. By the way we ordered two very simple meals off of the menu. There was no manager on the floor, no traditional biscuits while we waited (far to long) and not one apology for the experience. We will not return unfortunately.
