What a pity I need to add an updated review here! All I can say is that after a loooong wait to take our order, Nobody showed up. I think they are in lack of employees. ????

This is the 5th or 6th time we visit this location and has never been disappointing. Service is very good for a Sunday Evening. We enjoyed it very much! ???? ???? ❤️

It’s a shame to have such a good experience in the past come to an end. This is our favorite restaurant to go to on a regular basis as a family. The last time we went was terrible brush it under the rug. this time we come in 30 minute wait so we sit at the bar the bartender comes in waits on everybody else doesn’t even acknowledge us waits on people that come in 25 minutes after us. We finally get seated. We ask for the manager super nice lady told her what happened and she assured us we were in good hands with our server, which was a very nice young lady. So we had waited over 30 minutes just for a drink and after we ordered I had to grab my own beer at the bar after another 30 minute wait. Just ruined our entire night out as a family. Food was OK. One of the meals was not good at all but most of it was pretty good but the services terrible to be nice. The managers never came back to see how we were doing. Not once I looked for her as I was going out did not see her. We will never be back to this restaurant which is sad because it is our favorite place to go as a family you have ruined our experience.

This location leaves a lot to be desired. The calamari is chewy, the breadsticks are dry, and all but one tomato in our salad was a stem piece. The wait staff must be extremely overworked because many of them seem absolutely miserable. They’re nice enough, it just makes you feel bad for asking for anything such as tomatoes without the stem piece, the ac turned down (I am extremely hot natured and even I was cold!), a refill of anything, or a to-go order. Furthermore, the bathrooms need cleaning. There are no toilet seat covers but water splashes up onto the seat when it is flushed so there is no way to protect yourself from any germs without hovering, and people with back or leg issues can’t hover so we have to resort to lining the toilet seat with toilet paper. The backs of the toilets have accumulated dust over time and need to be wiped, which seems petty but it would only take a second to wipe down and if they overlook something so obvious, what else has been overlooked? This is not the first time any of this has happened. It is a consistent issue, every time we have visited. I assumed things would improve with time after the pandemic but they clearly have not. Unfortunately, we will not return to this location.

Poor service she told us at the door give her 5 minutes we had 2 adults and 3 kids. Shouldn't be too big of deal to seat us. Waited an hour too sit down. If I could leave no stars I would. We ended up leaving. Don't waste your time here.

While the ambiance was pleasant and the service was prompt, I couldn't overlook a significant issue that affected my overall dining experience - the bad smell.

Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed an unpleasant odor. It was quite off-putting and made it challenging to fully enjoy my meal. Despite the delicious food and friendly staff, the bad smell in the air was a constant distraction.

Although I understand that certain factors can contribute to temporary issues with odors, it's essential for a restaurant to maintain a clean and fresh environment for its patrons. The bad smell certainly affected my perception of the establishment, and I hope they address this concern promptly to enhance the dining experience for future customers.

In conclusion, while the restaurant had its positive aspects, the presence of a bad smell was a significant drawback. I would recommend the management to take immediate steps to resolve this issue to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for their guests.

Food was good, typical Oliver Garden quality. The service at this location was what made it set itself apart from the others. We had an older gentleman who was our server who stole the show. He treated us like how a 5 star restruant would and it was refreshing. The place was clean and nice smelling like usual.
