Terrible customer service.. trying to buy a bottle of wine and waited on help, no one ever came over to register to offer help?! Decided to ask Angie for help she was in a green Walmart vest, I think she was supposed to be supervising the registers/cashier’s? When I walked up she was gossiping with a cashier neither were working? Angie looked at me and said I’ll be there in a minute, while I was walking back to wait on her I over heard her saying to another employee, remind me to come to you when I want to cuss someone out?? She continued to gossip and sent a cashier working a register to help me while she stood up front running her mouth?! Very unprofessional, tacky and rude! Why do people think it’s fine to stand around and gossip chitchat etc while they are on the clock being paid to do nothing? There’s no such thing as good customer service anymore, those days are gone! It’s the new normal for our society.. pathetic

I've bought the chocolate chip cookies in the bakery a number of times. They're a good size, tasty..But..you have to be sure you get the newest dated cookies because if you don't..you wind up with VERY DRY cookies. I read about them online & found out that they are frozen when shipped...and they definitely dry out A LOT once they've defrosted!! I wind up throwing more of them away than the number I eat..definitely
a waste OF $$ as a result! ????

I was very happy to shop but was treated unfriendly. When check out , my child just wanted to help me with scanner .When the scan reached the last item, he swiped twice, and the staff came over and snatched the sanner from my child ，And very rudely told us that this is not a toy I know it's not a toy, I just don't know that you have a rule that children are not allowed to use the scanner to help.I can apologize if there is such a rule, but there is no need to be so unfriendly to my children ， Hope this employee can be retrained 4/5/23 10:10am

Sams Club is NOT Costco! Make the trip to Mobile. Sams Club does NOT have the same return policy as Costco. More self checkout lanes than regular lanes. Good luck finding a staff member if you have a question. I don’t think the staff gets treated well and/or paid very well. Rarely have a friendly cashier at checkout. I’ve had a full cart and told to use self checkout bc they closed the regular lanes early.

After working at the Sam's club Daphne Alabama store for 17 years I was forced to quit in 2014 due to the disrespectful managers that harassed me and all the other workers that worked there that year including Doug Mcmillon the CEO & particularly Mary Harvey the then store manager. Any potential customers looking to buy products here go elsewhere and be treated with respect Costco or Aldi is a much better choice!

Got my tires rotated and balanced. Pick up my and they have stripped out several of the lug nuts. This happens from trying to start them with the impact gun instead of using their hands. They tell that it was like that when I brought it in. This is a common practice when they don’t want to except responsibility. The cost is very expensive to replace. It’s over $25.00 per lug nut if I do the work. I should be reimbursed for the cost.

Cafe workers always have a chip on their shoulder. Half the time they lie about being out of stock on something just because they don't feel like making it.

Today they were downright rude and unhelpful. I'm not sure if they rotate responsibilities and draw straws as to who works the Cafe that day, but if not, and you're really not happy working there then find something else that makes you happy!

Visited the Daphne location on Friday, 3/31/23 with my mother. We ran in to Will, stocking shelves. He directed us to the isle we needed. My mom and I fell in love with these lemon cookies. After we were unable to locate them, Will came by to inquire if we found what we needed. We told him no. He checked his inventory device and told us they were on order. A delightful, courteous interaction. So good to find someone that truly wants to give good customer service. Wish there were more Will's in every store I visited.
