Ground Chuck is NOT supposed to be BROWN in the pack!! I had rather pay more at another store & know it’s FRESH!
Very disappointed in the PRATTVILLE location. No way I would recommend this place..

Staff is usually very helpful here. They are always very kind. They also always have what I am looking for here. So many bad reviews on here! I don’t see why. I think it’s a very good Walmart. Overall, very nice!

Clean and well stocked. It used to be that restocking shelves was a priority over customers. Now we have to contend with Wal-Mart employees being private shoppers as well. Some of those employees are really rude.

Just about All of workers pick on me.
I know how to look for sales.
There are a very few workers that are very nice people.
Store's like Target ???? @ Publix
Grocery store hirer people that they check there background.
Most of the security guards are very nice people.
Please check ✔️ your camera.
They look at wrong people for stealing.

I really appreciate the friendly staff at the self check out that helps you find a register open! They stand by where the patrons would enter and help direct them as they pleasantly greet everyone, the Montgomery, one should definitely take a lesson from this group! Overall the staff seemed friendly all throughout the aisles as well.

Customer service not like it use to be and plus I liked when they use to check you out but times changed I guess no more friendly employees chatting you up as you check out or sales floorman assisting you those days are gone. Now buy and get out lol

Don't order curbside!!! HORRIBLE experience! Tried to pick to up 9 Jun around 12:50pm. First, apparently they have multiple pick up spots. I was confused and no Walmart employee would direct me. They said I picked my items up at 1:04. That was a LIE. I never got anything so I went into customer service and the woman said she couldn't help me. That the curbside pick up was another company and she couldn't do anything. I finally had to call Walmart customer service in the parking lot and get a refund. ABSOLUTE WORST curb side experience EVER. Whole process took 40+ minutes to get nothing but my refund! I do curbside at the Walmart on Ann St and both Targets several times a week so this isn't my first rodeo. Don't experience my frustration. Go somewhere else.

went to pick up new iphone and computer said they had 2 in stock but the lady couldnt find them looked to me like she was taking rhem out and hiding rhem i seen her get 1 walk around to other isle and came back empty handed the young man helping us was very nice and trying his best i think the lady is messing him up from selling anything so we just went somwhere else alot thiefs
