We lived in Prattville many years ago and Mexico Tipico was one of our favorites. Sixteen years later and back in town for a day, we decided to eat lunch here. Still just as good as it ever was !
Some of the same people are still working there. Good service. Good food. Glad to see some things never change !

Ate here today, for the third time. I decided to leave a review on it because it was just simply amazing! This is my favorite Mexican restaurant. It's clean,smells nice, and the food is amazing along with the service.
** went again tonight. It was amazing as always! ***edit still good as always every little thing taste soo good, price is very nice! Adding more pictures everyone seems to like them. **

My sister and I ordered Fahitas for 2 they were $29 well you would have expected them to come out sizzling on the cast iron skillet, that wasn't the case. They looked like a serving for one person. Wasn't even hot. The beans and rice were cold. The only thing that was good was the frozen margarita I had.

My brother always recommends this place when I visit. Excellent food, big portions. Very friendly staff. Can't wait to visit again.

Decent Mexican, with a larger menu than average, but not really heavily seasoned. The salsa has a wee bit of bite, but that's about where the flavor ends. The fajitas in particular were bland and not cooked down enough.

Probably the best thing I had was the chile relleno, which had a nice crispy exterior and a creamy interior, with none of the papery skin on the chile that some other restaurants stupidly leave in place.

Sweet tea was good. Service was a little on the slow side but not lacking in any other ways.

It was ok. Nothing great. Won't be back. I rarely eat at these type of places. I lived in Texas and I've seen to much Tex Mex. Im just not a fan. Now real Mexican food. I'm all in. Lengua is one of my faves.

Food was great , I love the texture of the meat , the steak was tender ,chicken was moist and juicy and the shrimp was fluffy not dried out . The salsas are lovely and customer service was great

We had 12 in our group on a busy Saturday evening. Great experience for all. Fantastic service and fabulous food. We will definitely be back.
