The best prices for my dehydration group of drinks.... always at bargain prices. They really beat online and grocery store prices by as much as 50%. My always go-to-shopping experience.

The staff was very friendly and all the cashiers are direct and virtuous. I have gone to this store several times and not once has I seen what some other reviewers mentioned in their negative reviews about rude or mean associates.

I love how all the employees seem to have a smile on their face when they greet you specifically the funny cashier girl who is heavier set with long dark hair, can’t remember her name, and the lovely dark skinned wan who has helped me several times find the right sheets and pillow cases I have wanted, Betty, I believe her name was.

I have heard several employees laughing and being sweet to one another then turn right around and act the same with me. I’m overjoyed to have a place I can go and get such a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

Sometimes it’s a bit bogged down with items but you can find almost anything at this store. Just please remember it is a store that doesn’t order it’s own stock people. They offer us what they have and I’m grateful they do! They don’t always have what I’m looking for but they normally can tell me some places to go to find what I’m looking for which I appreciate!

The manager is cute and willing to work just as diligently as his employees and is always smiling when I have seen him. I have heard how he talks to his employees and I am overjoyed at such a wonderful manager being in the town I visit on vacation!

I have had a sweet cashier ask me to close my purse but when I asked her why she told me it was because she was concerned someone would reach into my purse. She was concerned about my things being stolen from me, not me stealing from them. I am thankful they have such kind employees who are willing to go the extra mile to actually care during this time when due to COVID-19 everyone is rude and inconsiderate everywhere else I go! Some other stores could stand to learn a lesson from them!!

The only downside was they were not all wearing masks but since the last time I went to Ollie’s even that has changed! Way to go Ollie’s!!!!

Used my 30% off one item coupon and left the store satisfied! Painless as can be. Wish they offered this more to their customers.

Great deals weekly! Staff have always been nice to me when I go in. The selection changes often keeping me coming back to see what deals I can get the next time.

Shopping a these stores throughout the southeast, the Prattville location will NOT always accept merchandise returns from the other stores. This Ollie’s store is the only one that I’ve seen to present such return restrictions, which is why I give 3 stars.

Cheap prices and good quality. From home goods to clothes, kitchen items, electronics and furniture, great store. A large percentage is off brand items, but there is still a fairly large quantity of name brand items at discounted prices. Book selection is better than most book stores, expecially when you factor in price.

Love Ollie's selection of nice items at affordable prices. I wish there was more help with the large carpets (can't see some colors and too heavy for folks with a disability). Otherwise no complaints just love :)

Fun store but the checkout is like being in line at the DMV. Too slow!!! No motivation to push anyone through the line. Get with it ppl.
