We were quickly seated and our waitress was awesome. The food came out in a timely manner and at the same time. Everything was fresh. Our glasses never got empty. It's a laid back place where you can go as a couple, with family or with a group of friends. Price range from $$-$$$.

So it was a normal day then BAM ???? someone had our last name so they came in and took our spot. I say that because what happens next.. we finally sit down and I ordered the chicken sandwich with the parmesan cheese crust BOOM looks good and tasted like it looks… so we go to pay for the food then BAMM some god fearing person(s) anonymously pays for our food!! So I call this THE GOOD LUCK CHICKEN SANDWICH.. and service was amazing my waiter said no one had ever gotten this sandwich and I had all the other staffs amazed at the choice!!!

Beautiful...cozy dining area...only issue was the other customers and their children they decided not to control..after that it was peaceful..the food was delicious..the service was 4 star but it was great service from I believe a manager bringing out food...our server was dry and not very helpful..

Now my wife and I have dined here plenty of times with everything great. On this particular day, August 30, 2023, at approximately 4:30 pm, we walked into the restaurant. It was not real busy. The hostess was actually seated on the customer waiting benches. She stared at us with the look, oh no, do I have to get up. No smile and no greeting. I rate her a 0 star. She should have been in the clipper area washing dishes. However, we did get seated quickly, just on the other side of the bar area. We sat a few minutes with no acknowledgement. Two couples were seated after us. The second couple before they could sit down, the waitress was taking their order for drinks. She was not our waitress. After a few more minutes with no acknowledgement, we left. If I knew who the waiter or waitress was, I 100% would have checked them. I don't need to talk to a manager. This is the workforce we deal with today. I rated the food 5 stars because in order to advance the review it obviously is required. Besides it is always good. We will go back, hopefully with a different hostess and waiter or waitress. No, I don't need a managers response to this. Not that you would. Be careful who you hire.

Great food and service. Clean. But....a 16oz beer filled up the 20oz glass...So just buy the small one.

The food is delicious but Cheyanne is the GOAT!! She is friendly, attentive and so much fun!! She even makes dining alone great! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

This was my best experience in all my years of going to Longhorns. Our server, Taylor, was amazing. He made us feel like the only customers he was serving. He also made us feel like his favorite customers. I've had him before, and he's been the same every time. The restaurant was really busy, so that made it stand out even more. Every Friday is busy there. We had a small issue with my mom’s food. The manager, Scott, quickly responded. He was so nice and professional. He quickly resolved the issue and was apologetic. It was a better experience than Chick-fil-A. Great customer service + good and hot food u003d Awesome dinner experience

My server couldn’t have been better, unless she had a better kitchen to work with.

The salad dressing was prepackaged. I asked before I ordered, because I don’t like preservatives. It may have been made in house but it was from a mix. The lettuce had not been washed. The Parmesan was very nice.

My sirloin (rare) was grey and soggy. It was a good steak to begin with but the grill station needs to go back to school. The potatoes were very nice. The presentation - white mashed potato & grey steak - was a little surprising. No effort was made to improve the sad presentation.

I ordered chocolate lava cake with ice cream and coffee, after lunch. The cake was spectacular. The coffee was bitter and old. I tested to see if the spoon would stand in its own.

I left a good tip because the server was so great but the kitchen needs help. The chef needs to be replaced.

I was there on a Sunday just before the lunch rush so no one was over burdened. The sound dampening in the dining room was non-existent. I heard overbearing talkers from every direction. The tiniest amount of sound dampening would have corrected that.

All in it is clear that the executive team orders good quality stock. It’s a shame that attention to detail doesn’t apply to the kitchen training and dining room atmosphere.
