This would be my second visit...The booth seating for 2 is small..the table was sticky..they have small drinking cups..our server was THE BEST!!
I picked the spin dip as an appetizer and I love that It didn't have artichokes..I should have ordered the ribs but instead we picked the chicken and sausage pasta..THE WORST CHOICE!
They put the pasta in this huge plate bowl with flooding bland sauce like off the pasta isle sauce not homemade..the sausage was not grilled or fried in a pan for a nice crispy crunch just plain like microwaved sausage..the chicken was good but that combo was not it..they should have left it either chicken or sausage and put more effort in the sauce..I added broccoli but that was better alone..the bread was the table rolls with cheese and butter..not garlic bread lol..that pasta should be removed immediately..but like I said before it's a Roadhouse...should have ordered the RIBS...

If I could give zero stars I would. I am a frequent customer as my family regularly has bday dinners at this location as they are one of the few restaurants that allowed large parties to be seated together during the pandemic. After tonight’s meal and the shear unconcern of Heather, the manager on duty, I will never return. I informed my waitress that there was a fly in my Caesar salad . She came back and said the manager was going to discount the meal. The manager did not come over to apologize or speak to me. I had not received my entree so I decided I didn’t want anything. She said she would let her manager know. She came back and said I still had to pay for the alcoholic drink that was still sitting on the table mostly full. At that moment I asked for the manager to come speak to me. She informed me that it was only a dead fly and there are flies in every restaurant kitchen in Alabama as flies are a natural part of Alabama. I didn’t need to know that as I am an Alabama native. However, as a customer I expected an apology from the manager and more concern that I had been served a salad with a dead fly. While I understand that flies are everywhere I do not go to restaurants to ingest dead flies. I did not read in any of the meal descriptions that a dead fly was included. Heather is a horrible manager and Logan’s needs to train managers on proper response to customers in such situations. This is not the first time I’ve had such experience at a restaurant but I’ve never been treated with such unconcern. She stated it is company policy to simply discount the check not comp the check when dead flies or bugs find their way to your plate.

I was surprised this spot had less than a 4 rating, we had a fantastic experience. Everyone was super friendly but our waiter Kevin was absolutely the best. He was funny, informative, and went above and beyond. This was our first time visiting Logan’s and we will be back. My husband did not like his fish and Kevin immediately asked if he could get him something else, no hassle no questions, just legit concern about my husbands happiness with his meal. That meant so much to us. Kevin made a recommendation of the salmon and that dish did not disappoint and my husband loved it. My mom and I had the chicken fried chicken, very tasty, the chicken was so juicy and tender we loved it. Kevin keep doing what you’re doing man we loved our experience and you made our dinner out very enjoyable.
Great customer service is so hard to find and we appreciated you so much! I usually take pictures of my food to post with the review but we were so excited it didn’t even come to mind. Will take some food pics next visit because there will most definitely be a next time.

Really had a fun time with friends at Logan steak house. We had less than a 5 minute wait before being seated, and the place was packed. Service was excellent. We never ran out of drinks. The server was friendly and talkative. The food was excellent, but I was stuffed when I left. There was plenty of parking and the place was very clean. This is a good place to eat a steak.

Loved my service I sat with Melanie! She was amazing very sweet! Helped me with the menu plus explained everything very well! The food was amazing steak was cooked perfect my salad was so crispy and try the kickin' chicken didn't even need salad dressing was amazing loved my service! Thanks so much Mel! ????????????

If I could give a 0 I would. This was the the worst service and food that I have had in a long time. My To go order was given forks and no spoons. We are traveling so it wasn’t like we could just grab a spoon out of our kitchen. We ordered a salad and our salad dressing was not put in the bag either. After a long day drive and just wanting to get something good to eat and bring back to the room, Logan’s failed miserably! Plus the food was cold! I’m sorry l forgot to mention that I ordered soup, the reason I needed a spoon.

I have been to Logan's on more than two occasions each time there is something wrong with my food or the service. This particular time I had short curly black hair in my pasta. The manager was nice to replace my whole dish but this not the first time me experiencing something in my food at this particular location.

Food was pretty good. Except the steak was med well rather than med rare. Spoiled the dinner as they had to cook another so by the time I got it, the others were well into their dinners. Salad was good although skimpy on other than lettuce
