I was traveling to Alabama and needed some items printed quickly. Unfortunately I did not get the gentlemen’s name on the phone, but he was SO helpful. Jesse in the printing department took care of me and had my items printed in under an hour. Really awesome team they have hear and great customer service is such a rarity these days. Keep up the great work!!!

Went to drop off a FedEx package. Online it says that they are able to print shipping labels. When I arrive I discover from a note taped to the counter that this is not the case because they cannot scan QR codes from FedEx. I was ignored by three separate employees, only one of which was actually helping another customer. Terrible experience, no wonder I don’t purchase their overpriced supplies.

The assistance was done in a timely, friendly & professional manner. (That's what the 4 stars are for, if I could rate the cashier alone that would be 0-1 star).
However, the cashier needed to have purchased some personality before going to work.
Had to hand carry a computer chair "in the box" because she adamantly stated that I could NOT use the dolly it was on to take it to my vehicle, which was right outside the door!

They had exactly what I needed! Matthew helped me find it quickly and made sure I left with everything I would need for the action camera. Taylor checked me out and was super sweet and friendly. Superb customer service!

Lazy people that dont want to work, went in to make bussiness cards couldnt help in any way, went to another office depot and helped with phone number. Either racist or just simple lazy people that get paid just to sit around at work.
