The people are nice, but being pulled forward and made to wait 10 minutes is out of hand! We usually have a large order and don't mind waiting some, but the last few visits it's been 10+ minutes. I know they usually move up so it looks like the order gor out so felt someone should know.

Ill start with I wish I could give 10 stars for my experience. After a long day, I visited for some dinner, and I get greeted with the most enthusiastic voice I’ve ever heard. Joe, on the other end, kept me smiling with his tone, and funny sayings. I wish all businesses were as lucky as this Wendy’s on having employees willing to go out of their way to change someone’s night like Joe was. Keep up the great work Joe, I will be back because of you.

This used to be my favorite place in the local area. However, the quality of the employees have gone way down. Now when I go through, it's a bunch of wannabe thugs. One older white guy even wears his hat backwards. One night I went through the white teenage boys were horse playing and acting "gangster" while the black teenager was obviously being bothered by their lack of professionalism. My order was wrong and when I asked for it to be fixed, the kid yelled out "DAAANGGG!" as if I had done something wrong. The manager better get this place under control before it ends up closing down due to lack of customers.

Big sign out front says open for breakfast at 6 am. We'll we waited in the drive through for the better part of 15 min at 630 this morning, only to get no response at the speaker and ignored when we pulled up to the window. It's sad that this is just another place who doesn't care about their customers. Tried to call the store but no answer, have had problems here in the past and tried to call about it and the phone never gets answered. Was excited to see thus Wendy's in the cove, but am extremely disappointed.

The GM of this location should teach a master class in customer service. I got a double burger and was dismayed when I got back to the office and it was undercooked. It happens. I called and not only did the GM make it right, he went incredibly above and beyond to make it right. My limited time for lunch was almost ruined but he fixed it. I'll definitely be back to this location.

UPDATE2: Downgrading once again after seeing an employee walk in for his shift,.straight from his car, clocking in and going over directly to dole out fries without washing his hands. All in full view of the shift manager standing right there. That's nasty!

UPDATE: Just downgraded my rating today. We have been going consistently to this location for 3.months. we drive up there today during lunch and walked up to the door to find them locked. And other hiccups from this store solely a function of poor employee performance is once again eroding my respect for Wendys. If you are going to close the dining room, WHY CANT YOU PUT A DANG SIGN ON THE DOOR TELLING CUSTOMERS?? One more incident from this location and it will get the 1-starntreatment.

For YEARS, I have avoided Wendys because of very poor point-of-sale service. This place has completely reversed my opinion of Wendys. Its probably just this location but, they have this place working better than other places I have visited in the Hampton Cove area. There are always many people working inside. They are very attentive to the walk-up customers. In fact, last time I was there on Sunday, the store manager asked the counter person to nevermind the call in order, and attend to the customers in the store. Yeah, sometimes the orders are wrong, but they have corrected the orders expediently when I point out the error ..... nicely! The kids want to go to Wendy's often now because they love the food. Even they talk about how much better this location is compared to other Wendys.

What a joke. I do not expect much out of fast food and they sure delivered. Ordered a large fry, got the large fry box that was not even half filled. Since I was getting multiple drinks and they do not have cup carriers, asked drive through person if they could take a coke can for me and throw it away. They said they do not have trash cans in the store. So lazy. Maybe the health department would like to know you do not have trash receptacles in the stores. Food was meh, I expected that, nothing like a burnt hamburger.

Ide give zero because they've messed up on my order 3 times by not giving me the items I ask for they don't even ask you for your receipt they throw it away so they can swindle you, if anything don't come here cause it seems like they target specific people as well.....
