The only thing you need to know about this location- they are extremely slow. Like, unimaginatively slow compared to every other chic fil a you’ve ever been to. Every time I come to this location, I come to regret it instantly and end up waiting no less than 20 minutes for my food. Time of day doesn’t seem to matter either, I’ve been here in the morning, mid day, and at night and they are ALWAYS slow. It also doesn’t matter if you walk in or drive through. It’s frustrating and also disappointing. When you take away the classic first class service you get when you go to chic fil a, you’re only left with a decent chicken sandwich you can get anywhere else. PLEASE chic fil a management, fix this problem so I can give you a better review.

Will not be back. Today I made a mistake of turning into the drive through at the wrong spot (the parking lot is set up weird and there is a TINY sign on an 8x11 piece of paper telling you where to go (see photo) that is VERY easy to miss. The owner, Chuck, comes to my car loudly knocking on my window and rudely/condecendingly asks, "Did you not see the sign?" Obviously no, Chuck, I did not. He proceeds to berate me about "cutting the line" (which I had no intention of doing and was more than happy to wait my turn). I went to my place in line with no issues, but his rude and unnecessary behavior has solidified that I can wait 10 minutes to go to the ChickFilA down the road before I visit this slow moving, poorly run establishment.

First we had to wait 10 minutes to place our order inside because there was only one person taking orders. The dinning area was nasty. Had to clean our own table. Lights were off in half the restaurant at 7:40pm. I’m not sure what happened to this place but it has gone down hill. The worst part was the manager was right there and did nothing about anything. Hampton Cove Chick-fil-a does not hold itself to the HIGH standards that the other Chick-fil-a business do.

We love Chick-fil-A, but this location lacks with service. The drive thru line and in door service takes quite a long time for a CFA. This is one of the only CFAs I have been to where they didn’t have employees helping the drive thru speed along whether it be taking orders outside or bringing food.

Not certain what is going on at this location.
Terrible attention to detail!

We have lived in the area 4 months.

Over span of 8 visits

-4 visits wrong gallons of tea given | sweet tea verses unsweet :( can’t open that at drive through. Retuning 4th gallon tomorrow.

-when the gallon jugs of unsweet tea is correct, 2 X soured | old tea

-3 times tea in cups have been soured | gros

-frozen lemonade not thick 90 percent lemonade | discovered a mile away didn’t bother returning. :( no time to go back

-overcooked chicken strips not normal brown dark burnt orange 1 visit (didn’t put sauce requested in bag. A terrible thing for a family member to discover when you get home with their meal

-on 4 visits sauce requested through app not in bag.

-no straws or napkins 2 visits

For the first time tomorrow I will return a gallon of tea. Way to expensive for such poor attention to detail.

I am not sure what is going on at this location.

This is our fault for trusting and not checking before pulling away. We have never experienced this many mistakes.

Apologies in advance for anyone behind us in the drive through. We will be inspecting everything before pulling away. To include gallons of tea.

Serious attention to detail issue!

The best place for you to go when you're having a rough day and enjoy a real good meal the way you want it. I like my nuggets well done I like my sandwich but I don't like no pickles on it. Little Mayo's all I need and it's good to go with a good big sweet tea with extra lemon. This is the only place in Huntsville that will cook it the way I want it. The rest of them will not cook your nuggets well done nor your sandwich. Corporate won't let them. Enjoy your meal the way you want it especially if you have a bad day like I have it's better now with me a lot more the way I want it. For those of you that are struggling and having a rough day have a great day and enjoy the way you want it. God bless you all.

Management appears to be poor at their job. There is line of people lined out the door in the dining room. It’s not working efficiently like every other Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Doesn’t matter how busy every other chick fillet’s are there line sill moves, everyone’s in disarray. Line is not moving. It appears to be the product of piss poor management. They definitely got wrong crew here for a lunch rush…

I always have a pleasant experience when I go to any Chick-fil-A. They treat the employees well and it shows in the employees performance.
