We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon around 3pm, June 3rd, 2023, not very crowded. The restaurant was very clean and maintained. The speed of service was great, the food was great, all of our special orders were correct. Absolutely no complaints. To top it off, we even heard the manager/shift lead praising her team members for how good they were doing and keeping up with orders as we sat and ate and I can honestly say I haven't heard that much anywhere I've been! Definitely seems like a good crew, with great leadership! And to also hear them joking around, it seemed like a pretty tight group of folks running the store that afternoon! Wished I could give more than 5 stars, because they definitely deserve it and that crew definitely deserves recognition!

While on my visit the dining room was closed for renovation, the manager in the drive thru was very nice. She did inform me that when they did reopen the dining room it would be strictly customer self checks out so to speak. Their won't be any workers up front. You'll have to do everything on a kiosk. Did we see this coming 20yrs ago? ????

Not a good experience today in the drive through. Gave us our drinks and spilled 1/2 of one of the teas and still proceeded to give us that drink. Was asked to park and they would bring our food out to us. 10 minutes later I was locking my toddler in the car to go check on food when the lady was bringing it out. Order was correct, but not hot. So we had watered down drinks with cold food. I think they forgot about us when they told us to park.

This staff works hard . I brought my girls in the other day and watched how awful customers treated them . They woke running back and forth as fast as they could . I’ve always gotten great food and service at this location and we eat 6 meals a week here . The manager is super nice and so is the staff . No reason people should be treating them like dirt ! I witnessed a rude customer jump on one of the little girls who works there . I reprimanded the customer but she was just a rude human being .

What I want wasn't made I got something else, and the service is a joke. To ppl let ahead of us cause how they were treated. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever did a review for, I highly don't recommend this McDonald's.

I love fast food and doing reviews for places I tried but this is not one McDonald's I'll be coming back to until they fix what they messed up on and their manners to paying costomer needs to improve.

okay, i’m going into DETAIL about my experience today. i walked into mcdonald’s with my friend today at around 6:35pm to get some drinks and get a small happy meal, i ordered 2 large freezes, 1 blue razz and 1 coke, 1 large lemonade (the WHOLE reason i went in the first place.) 1 hamburger happy meal with a small orange juice, and a large fountain drink. the manager that’s running around screaming at EVERYONE calls out my number and sets my happy meal and 2 freezes down, looks at me and my friend with a rude look and in an angry voice says “are you kk?” we say yes and she stomps away. we wait a few mins standing up front waiting for the rest of our order and also so i can ask to switch my cola freeze out for a blue razz because the coke tasted like straight dog water. eventually she comes up without saying a word and just stares at us, i forgot to mention i was missing more than half my order and just asked to switch my freeze, she stared at me for 5 seconds like i just football punted a child. a boy comes back with my freeze and i tell him i’m missing a small orange juice and a large cup but i forgot to mention my missing lemonade, he kindly brings my juice and cup but i kindly remind him with a chuckle i’m missing a large lemonade, a few seconds later i hear that horrible managers SCREECHING voice say “NOW THEY THINK THEYRE MISSING A LEMONADE?!?” as if i don’t have the receipt in my hand. it takes a minute but someone comes back and sets down a warm, medium lemonade with NO ICE in front of me and walks away like i ruined their whole day. if you seriously want costumers to come back i suggest you fix their order when asked kindly or get it right in the first place. i work in a highly popular fast food restaurant so i get how hard a dinner rush can be but i genuinely CANNOT understand how you can be so agitating and bad at it at the same time. do better:)

I was child sitting two youngsters - an 8 yr old girl and 12yr old boy. I took them to the movies to see Ruby Gillman. Our “movie routine” is that we stop at the McDonald’s in Owens Cross Roads, the kids eat and play and then we head to the movies.
It looks like McDonald’s is going towards folks placing orders via the kiosks so I gave it a try.
It will take some getting used to, but fortunately, a young lady who works there, Savannah, was very helpful, professional and sweet! McDonalds is blessed to have her working there!

drink machine was not put together correctly. Could only get Hi-C (which was disgusting). There was not 1 clean table and from the pictures I have shared I hope that management can get a cleaner environment. The 1star is more than what I wanted to give. Our fries was fresh
