The worst Pizza Hut in Alabama, just a good group of lairs and a owner who can’t afford to keep the equipment up or keep equipment working, so they say anything to get your money , mostly lairs
If they tell you 45 minutes, it will be an hour or longer, while still telling you, your order is next. Just what Hampton Cove needs to show what they really are down deep. Oh by the way, I ordered one pizza and it took one hour and 47 minutes to get it, while they told me it would be 45 minutes. But everything is broken and doesn’t workJust so you know

Why is it that Domino's and Papa John's people who pick up the phone know what the specials are for the day and yet the person that I was talking to over the phone when I called up to Pizza Hut told me to look online. When I asked why I need to look online he straight up told me because the specials change everyday. No s*** they do but it's your job to make sure that you know what special it is for the day. Some of us don't care to look online. Especially some of the elders. That's a really good way to lose a customer by telling them to look online.

Employee was putting the stickers that go on the bags/boxes in his mouth. Then he put them on the containers. YUCK!

This place is getting too expensive, I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I forgot how terrible the quality is here and ordered again.

Pizza was cold, not cut all the way through and rubbery. The boneless chicken was burnt and the bone in chicken was rubbery.

The delivery driver looked like he hadn't taken a shower in 6 months.

This particular Pizza Hut franchise is well managed....and I only use in-person pick-up...so I can't say how delivery is.

This a solid pizza choice for this side of the hill. If they aren't slammed they usually have it ready for pickup in about 15 to 20 minutes. I like eating at places that deliver consistent results. They're not always perfect but my experiences with them have all been positively delicious. ????

Pizza was not deep dish like I ordered. It was original crust. Messed up order again
