I am from an area with several "real Italian" family owned restaurants, so my comparison is based off of that. This was my first time visiting and brought an out of town guest with me.
Went on a Friday evening around 6pm. Seated right away but the place was very cold with multiple fans overhead making it too cold to sit and eat. So we decided to order "to go" and sit at the bar and waited.
We ordered pasta, pizza and side salad. 35 minutes later we got our order.
VERY DISAPPOINTED WHEN WE OPENED OUR ORDER.
Salad was in a small container the size of a Big Mac container. Paid over $6 for it. Ridiculous for what we received! Pasta was good, not great.
We were told it came with a side of bread and found it laughable....it was just a bit bigger than a tortilla chip. It was foccia bread which had all kinds of spices in it that clashed with the pasta.. frankly it was not good
Pizza was decent ... Asked for hamburger on it. We were able to watch the guys making the pizza as we sat at the bar and they do not even take a handful of any ingredient to put on it. IT was scarce.
We will not go back.
If you are looking for a place where you can sit and talk and enjoy the company you are sitting with, don't go here. More like a sports bar with 4 giant TVS scattered all over the restaurant....ambiance is cold, dark, metal, harsh, and loud. Food was decent 3.5/5 .... Just was hoping for more for the money
Overall, pretty Disappointed.
I have a one star for service because the 2 people we encountered when we first walked in did not even greet us except to say "how many?"

Exceptional service and the hostess had the best hospitality! Food was exceptional as well!

Joe and his fabulous team did an excellent job catering 2 pastas, bread, and salad for our mothers surprise 80th Birthday. Everyone commented on how delicious the entry was and mom had an amazing time.

Went with friends for a bite and was pleasantly surprised! Close to us. Gluten free options. Noodles and pizza and a few other things. Two different ovens. Wood and brick fired. ????

Great food and nice atmosphere. Owner recommended the Tuscan Chicken and the Sydney pizza. Both were amazing! Will definitely come back!!!

I went to the "restaurant side" and not the "woodfire side" and got seated right away. Apparently they have different menus??
I refer people to this place daily. It's great for a town with few options. I ordered the Primavera and never thought of spring. Although it was rather hearty and the food my friends ordered looked great.
I will continue recommending, just not the Primavera.

Food was okay nothing to write home about. Drink was watered down. Wait staff were more interested in hanging out with each other than checking on their customers. The worst part was the place itself. The floors were dirty and flies and other bugs everywhere. Would not recommend.
