Did some odd jobs for about 15 minutes for $100. They asked if I wanted some caulking done on the bottom portion of the garage. I saidno and they explained to me the benefit of doing so, I said well yeah go ahead and do that too. I should have double checked prior to them leaving but I was behind schedule and didn’t. A couple of days later my wife asked me why one side of the garage was done and not the other. I texted Barry to see if he could come and finish it. He called me and asked if I really wanted him to come all the way out there to do that portion and when I said yes he said that he specifically asked about that and that I said no. I asked them why is one side done and not the other. He then started saying that he gave me a good price and that he would have to charge me to come out and finish it because there was some misunderstanding. I’ll never use them again due to their lack of customer service. Great until they get the money.
