The service provided by Alex was outstanding. He is very attentive and very friendly. I enjoyed all the foods I order they are very delicious. Great recommendations!

The seafood platter was delicious. The large shrimp were fried just right. Stuffed crab and french fries go together with real crabmeat! The fish is excellent and the stuffed crab was outstanding! The shrimp was overcooked but the grease is clean! Good job of emprovement! Thank You!

Definitely need to work on staffing. Upper management and seasoned employees were great. The younger, millennials, need to get their heads out of their rearends and realize that they have to work. You can't expect to get paid if you don't work or just completely suck at being polite to paying customers. The better the service, the better your tip. Just stating facts.

7/9/23 My wife and I ate here Saturday night and I must say we were not impressed. I had the blackened shrimp and crab cakes and she had the grilled flounder. The crab cakes were mushy and barely warm. Tasted like frozen and then microwaved. The shrimp and flounder were overcooked and lacked flavor. The portions were small for the $65 we spent. The table was sticky and the service was not great. The hostess and waitress seemed very uninterested in being there. Hope you guys have a better experience.

Emily(Em) and Bren(Brim) was wonderful. They were very friendly as was the whole staff. We ordered the Low Country Boil and it was plentiful and delicious.

Really good if you're a seafood person. I highly recommend eating here. Service was quick, employees friendly, environment was clean. If you haven't tried it, please do yourself a favor and go. 5 stars all the way across the board. Will be back for more!!!! Update: Still excellent,quick and friendly service.

Shrimp Basket has made such a big turnaround! The food was amazing and the people there were so kind. The manager, Tony, stopped by our table on multiple occasions to make sure we were doing fine. He was on top of making sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend anyone to go!!!!
