Best Wafflehouse I've ever eaten at. My waitress was so sweet and professional, kept checking on on us to see if we had everything we needed. I will definitely be dining here again!!! 5 star ratings across the board. Highly recommend the All-star breakfast.

My husband and I come in here every Saturday morning, before we go grocery shopping. It’s been our routine for a couple of months now. We always have excellent service and food is always perfect. This morning we were talking about how consistent and food and service is. We’ve never been disappointed.

The staff was more concerned about serving friends than customers. They left food off of my order after an hour wait because one of the only two cooks there walked out mid shift. Will never be back.

*In advance response of the waffle house robot to this review, keep it. I can care less about what you claim to do about not making the same mistakes in the future. These stores are franchised and the owners can care less unless their bottom line is affected. Y'all don't need my money anymore than I need what y'all sell. ✌????*

When people request refunds after terrible service just do so.

The food was ok. My waitress was sweet. BUT, it had been a chilly night & inside the restaurant was just as cold. 2 other customers even had throw blankets around them. Try eating with your arms in your shirt. AND it was VERY dirty. Ex: There was a plastic bag on the floor by the cooking station & staff just kept walking over it. No one cared to pick it up. Because we were hungry and everywhere else was closed, we stayed to eat. Otherwise we would have left. It was that bad.

The food was great, fresh made, the grille guys were awesome and able to churn out our breakfast in like 7 minutes on Mothers Day. The whole crew works well together. Cori was our server and did a great job!

My boyfriend decided he wanted to eat here tonight for Dinner we arrived around 7:30 pm. They weren't very busy at all. However the wait time for us to receive our food was extremely ridiculous!! We waited almost 30 freaking minutes for our simple order. It literally took them 15 minutes after we ordered before they even submitted our order to be cooked. My fiesta omelette was cold ( not even warm), my hash browns were over cooked to the point they were hard as a rock, and served us cold coffee as well. Never even bothered to refill our sons tea. Though the waitress repeatedly came over to the table to flirt with my bf. Not sure if it was her way of trying to make a tip but it's very tacky and unprofessional to flirt with customers especially if they are with their significant other!! We will not be back.
