This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. I go through the drive thru and ordered boneless wings and pay. The workers were very unfriendly, and they pulled me forward to wait on my wings. Nearly every person that ordered after me were also told to pull forward to wait on their food, although they weren't very busy. I wait for about 15 minutes and then someone finally brings my food out to me. I get home, take a bite into the wings, and it was almost completely raw (see attached photo). Not sure why I had to wait so long in line because it obviously wasn't for the wings to be cooked. I go back and speak to a manager to show them what they served me and to get my money back. She never once apologized for the raw chicken that was given to me, but instead told the cook to start checking the wings all the while seeming very unconcerned. While I was waiting for my refund, another employee asked me if I needed anything and I told hin that I was given raw wings and was getting a refund. He responded with a little snicker and made a face that made it seem like he couldn't care less. I would recommend not ever going to this restaurant unless major changes are made.

Jack's is one of my go-to spots for lunch, and I am rarely disappointed. This experience was just that... disappointing. I like to try the new menu items, so when I saw the bacon ranch fries, I thought, why not? They were not a good value for the price, the fries were hard, and the toppings were lacking. I didn't finish my lunch. Wasn't as expected....

First time at Jacks for us, enjoyed the breakfast. Service was good. Restaurant was clean including the restrooms. Will definitely return to another Jacks when traveling.

Shout out to the night crew working on July 4th. Amazing service and great tasting food. Even though we had to wait for the order to be complete the gentleman who delivered to our vehicle was kind to let us know what we exactly had and verified we got all our food. I wish alot of the restaurants here took the time to care for their customers like yall did tonight. Great job guys

Not what it should be. Tired of getting subpar service here. Burger was cold and old. Not cooked fresh. I’ve given it about 30 tries. Sometimes we have had good food and good service and most of the time, not.

I think I might give it one more and then I’m done trying. The people in the drive thru act like they don’t want to be there and they don’t want to converse with you either.

Horrible, stood in line 10 min not greeted or acknowledged at 930 pm no other customers inside. When they started to take our order they walked off so we left will be contacting corporate anddistrict manager in the morning. This was our first and last jacks experience.

Food tasted excellent but wasn't super fresh. If it was cooked to order it would be perfect. Still better than chik FIL a. Prices were lower than expected

For fine dining without the snobby French waiters and tiny portions JACks restaurants meet and exceed expectations. The burgers are yummy, the fries are hot and fresh. It's food worthy of eating
