Under new management here and it's a definite improvement. Sam is taking care of customers and she's making sure you are happy with your visit. She went above and beyond and the food was awesome.

The usual from Jack's. Breakfast rush, so it was busy. We ordered 2 sausage and 2 bacon breakfast wraps and shared an order of tots. The tots were littered with french fries. Were those left over from the other shifts?

The service &atmosphere was almost wonderful, but,the food was almost perfect too,except for the biscuits we had were not as usual as they usually are(wonderful),they were hard on the ends.

Every time I try to attend this location the line is incredibly slow and very long. The employees on the headset are always rude. The employees are also always vaping in the store and on their cell phone. The store is ran by a bunch of careless teenagers that don't care how they treat you. Most of the time the employees are sitting outside under the trees. I can't stand to go in this establishment because the employees huff and puff and complain about you right in your face. the frys are always soggy and over salted. The chicken is almost always hard and never fresh and small chicken strips. I went thru the drive thru and ordered a big jack and frys w/ honeymustard and comeback sauce, the girl made me pull up because my food 'wasn't ready'. When i received my food there was absolutely no sauce. when i went inside the girl told me ' here's two honey mustard ill have to go in the back and get comeback but i dont have time right now' and the store was completely empty and NOBODY in drive thru. I have gave up completely on this location.

The staff are always respectful and super sweet. The atmosphere is clean and wholesome not allot of shenanigans of course which is awesome when young ones are running things in a restaurant at night lol b always a pleasure to eat here. Great job guys!

went in this morning around 9:20 to order me a steak biscuit with lettuce and tomato and mayo togo it’s been a pregnancy craving and the lady at the front was so sweet and the first person not to judge such a wierd order ! they were busy but she got me right out of there with a smile ! people were being so rude to her and i know with my temper i would of lashed out but she was respectful even though they weren’t respectful towards her ! Definitely a 10/10 experience! Good job Colette

If you're hungry, don't come to this Jack's because the lines in the Drive-Thru or at least 30 to 45 minute wait time. The poor staff members, God bless their hearts are working extremely hard to satisfy those who are willing to wait for their favorite Jack's menu items. But, is it worth the wait?

This morning my order was rather difficult but the team here got it right the first time and it was super fast and fresh. The cashier was very friendly and helpful. I’ll be back!
