We were the only customers in there. There were two employees. Both men. The man that took our order was nice and polite. However, the man that cooked our order was not. He acted as if he didn't want to be there.
My husband placed his order and requested bacon and sausage. We got our orders and he only got bacon. We had to tell the waiter about the mistake and it was fixed right away.
Not sure what the problem was with the cook but it made us feel uncomfortable.

Tables was nasty. Had to get up and have waitress “ Chaka” clean it off once she got off her phone.
Took our order after about 10 minutes.
Only 4 people in there.
30 minutes later cook finally asked if we had ordered. Chaka still on her phone. No drinks. Order not turned in.
Walked out with Chaka still on her phone not even caring if we walked out or not. Told her about at least not getting our drinks.
Chaka replied with “ good deal”.
Worst service I’ve ever not had at any Waffle House ever.

The only reason I gave them two stars, when you can get the right order it’s good. The reason I’m doing a review is because I’m tired of them answering the phone and then laying it down and walking away. Then you can’t call back, because it’s off the hook. Other times the order is wrong or my order is half done. I’ve started driving to Pelham to that Waffle House to get food and have a person with a smile on their face.

Food was so yummy and the staff were super nice!!! Me and my husband’s waiter was Lilyth and she got us exactly what we needed and more!!! Honestly the best waitress I’ve ever had from Waffle House. Highly recommend this place!!!

Well, I will say once I got my correct food it was great which is why I gave it the rating I did. But the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they left out part of my order. I got all the way to work and before I realized my bacon wasn't in the bag, eggs overcooked and hash browns had nothing on them. When I went back they did fix my order and it was good but it was a big hassle for me to make a second trip.

It was my 1st and last time visiting this location. The grits were extremely runny no butter. The cook cracked 2 eggs and split it between 2 plates & the o e with cheese got the majority. I received a few chucks of what he didn’t use o his cheese egg order. The server lookwd at the plate and said I can have him do more eggs. I thankws her and left she was really nice.

Stopped in with some friends for a light night dinner. Service was great, food was really good. I'd go back again.
