Never had a bad dish out of this place. Easy convenience. Usually going stock up freeze a lot of the meal. Makes it very easy to pull something out to cook for dinner.

Wonderful option if can't cook anymore or need to cater an event. Food is great and the prices are good. Must call 24 hours in advance.

Tried Home Plate cooking for the first time since moving to Helena. We stopped by to get the daily special, chicken and dressing with Lima beans and sweet potato casserole.

Dressing was a traditional cornbread dressing like grandma used to make with large chunks of white chicken throughout.

Lima beans were nicely seasoned and fresh. Sweet potato casserole was hot and sweet with candied pecans on top.

Daily special was great, but what impressed me was the large variety of home cooked “take and bake meals”.

Will give the “take and bake” a try in the future.

Love this place!! Some things are a little pricey but chicken and rice casserole and loaded chicken salad are our faves!!

My sister in law highly recommended this business to me for my party this weekend. I'm so glad she did! I looked up the menu online and gave them a call. They answered all my questions in a friendly, professional manner. Gave great suggestions for planning my meal. Took my order over the phone for 7 party size hot n ready pans which were ready on time as promised. I couldn't be happier. Cooked to perfection. I got 2 mac n cheese, 2 roasted veggies, 1 ea of green beans, hashbrown casserole & pasta salad. They were all delicious. So many of my guests asked where I got the great dishes and I told all of them it was well worth the drive from Clanton for the awesome service and great tasting food. Thanks so much!

Kay and her staff always have delicious meals prepped and ready to heat up for any meal or freeze for later! We are thankful for them!

Delicious food. This is my go-to when taking a meal to a family that needs one for one reason or another. But my kids love the poppy seed chicken, so I always have to get that for us as well. The staff are kind and helpful also!
