Two of my friends and I met for lunch on Tuesday. Our food was hot and delicious. It was brought to us in under 5 minutes. Service was amazing. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. And we were told, "it's my pleasure." by the associates. We had a wonderful experience all around. Thank you Chick-fil-A for your excellence in service and in food!

Order 4 peace strip meal at the drive Thursday. Has to wait 12 minutes. Drive 2 miles and my food was cold. Nope, never going to that location again

I traditionally have a positive experience at this location- the people and demeanor are great. Sometimes it takes a couple minutes and pulling forward to get your order, but that means business is good, right?

They are always very friendly, but it’s pretty slow compared to other Chick-fil-A’s. I figured when it opened they were still ironing out the “kinks” … but it still remains pretty slow paced. Super thankful to have a Chick-fil-A in Helena though.

They get my order wrong almost every time I’ve been here for breakfast. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese muffin and received a grilled chicken egg & cheese muffin. Not sure how you mix that up. They also never cook their chicken enough so I don’t even order chicken from here anymore because I’m afraid I’m going to get sick from it. One of the worst CFAs around.

Absolutely the slowest CFA ever, and the workers not owners seem to care. I was one of 6 people standing there highly disappointed. Be forewarned you are going to wait a while … over staffed, under trained ….

Iblovevmy hop who takes my order! She is awesome. They Gove me sweet tea instead of unsweetened abd my fries are cold abd nuggets too, but I like the place.

As always, I'm doing something extra! I ordered on the app but for the wrong location! I'm glad I did because the food I reordered was so fresh, hot and delicious! The customer service was also on point, as always!!!
