Really fast service. The young man at the drive thru was kind and friendly. Food was piping hot and the freshest fries I've ever had. I'll come back here every time ????????

On Friday, March 17, 2023 at 9:52 a.m. I ate with my brother at the Wendy's in Hazel Green on the southbound lane of Highway 231 431. I had Wendy's biscuit and gravy it and my brother had two sausage egg and cheese biscuit. The lobby was close so we had to go through the drive-through. And they were slow. This may be because they were understaffed and was not enough people in there working at this time.
The biscuit and gravy had a spicy taste however it is not as good as Hardee's sausage, gravy biscuit. My brother said that his sausage and cheese biscuit was a little bit too much biscuit in the biscuit didn't have the good buttery taste he was looking for. However the food was hot. The staff was polite and courteous and apologize for being a little slow. I couldn't give them a five star because the lobby was closed and because they were a little slow we getting our food to us. Get the food was hot I say again. The egg on the biscuit looks like a poached egg in the sausage Negray biscuit was a little spicy and they don't put his much on does sausage and gravy biscuit as Hardee's does. I gave him a four-star because the staff was polite and because the food was hot. I like to have the option to go into the lobby and eat if I order food from my place and this location did not have that option.
From other trips here I know the lobby is clean in the bathrooms are clean. It is a handicap accessible location. In the lobby they do have fountain drinks when you can serve your own drinks and get refills. And again the staff is always polite and courteous. If you're eating lunch or supper I highly recommend Wendy's. However, I'm unsure about there breakfast

Love this new store. Great architecture and atmosphere. Service was good. I appreciate the drink machine with so many choices and flavors. And I always enjoy the chocolate frosty.

First time trying Wendy's Breakfast, not too bad at all! I like the potatoes as sides and the Big Breakfast Classic with a fried egg was good too.

Overall, it's a nice option that's a little different than most of the other fast food joints. I'll be back to try more things, it seems like they have a lot to choose from.

Everytime I have visited this location the customer service was spot on. Except for today. The employee that took my money didn't speak to me even after I said thank you. The person handing me my food didn't say anything except when I ask him for a napkin to wipe off the outside of the frosty cup. He said well I put some in the bag.

I have worked customer service and a thank you and a smile is really all that is required to make a customer okay. I received none today. I hope they don't let this habit continue because it will ruin a business.

Just ordered with Door Dash. The delivery was great. Everything was packaged and wrapped perfectly. My only complaint is that my spicy chicken sandwich was so obviously the ghost pepper sandwich. I love spicy, and I eat the spicy sandwich from here a lot. This was soooooo spicy. Too much.

I have went here numerous times now. The food has always been very good. The service has kinda went down since I first started going. Overall I really like this Wendy’s. This Wendy’s and the Wendy’s on Hwy 72 East are my two favorites in Huntsville.

They were very busy in the drive through and the parking lot was full. We had about 15 people to feed so I thought we may never get out of here. But we found a spot to park and got food ordered. Sat outside since it was nice. Food was ready very fast. We go to the Wendy's at the North Parkway location and would be in the drive through for 45 minutes so this was a great change.
