First time going here, took a friend. She had orange chicken she said was okay. I had coconut shrimp which I loved! The presentation was real nice, made everything even more tempting. The egg roll & spring rolls I didn’t care too much for, but everything else was delicious! We got 2 drinks & those meals that came out to $27. To me that was a bit too high, yet when I seen the size of the plates, I was satisfied that the price was equal to the portion. It was a bit confusing when we walked in. The girl at front was nice but we had to walk back and forth from table to her to get menus & order. After that food was brought out to us. Staff was friendly & I’ll definitely be back.

This place is a step above your average chinese takeout place. Like most, They don't have much space for dining in, their menu is pretty typical of your usual chinese delivery/takeout. Where you start to see the difference is the staff.

There is another china cafe over on Jeff rd with a rather permanent disgruntled demeanor and ragged look to them. I've only ever seen two people at a time in that other resaurant and maybe a child or two behind the counter. This is they usual i've come to expect in my 36 years.

This china cafe, however, has plenty of staff behind the counter. They're usually well dressed, and happy to spare a smile even though they're usually very busy. Ordering by phone was quick and easy, and the food was ready when i got there 10 minutes later.

The food also sets them a star above the rest. While it's the same menu items, the difference is easily tasted in the items recieved. Their crab rangoon, while i suspect they aren't actually crab, is still delightful and works perfectly with the sweet and sour sauce. We got everything we asked for, napkins, fortune cookies, and full to the brim portion sizes. I did have to take a star off for the forgotten cutlery unfortunately. I didn't need it, but if i had that's definitely a ding on an otherwise delightful experience. 4 stars for food.

Atmosphere is going to be tough in any place so small. I'd say the place is pretty typical for a 'fast food' chinese restaurant, with the dining area being an afterthought. Not much else to say about that. 3 stars for atmosphere.

Last thing i'll speak on is price. Price was extremely reasonable for the amount of food we got. 2 combo dinners, 2 orders of crab rangoon, 2 extra chicken egg rolls came to a total of 36 bucks and change.

I will say DO NOT get door dash if you eat here as they will straight up lie about the menu item original price. Door dash said 46$ before taxes when i paid 36 and change at the restaurant. You'll end up paying DOUBLE with the non-optional tip as you would just driving to get it.

Wonderful, family owned and operated best celestial/ Chinese food around.
Wonderful Customer Service. Great restaurant people serving Hazel green past couple decades. Very affordable with large portions. Sushi bar opens daily.

Let's start with time. This restaurant prepares orders freakishly fast. I have never have to wait on an order more than 5 mins on a pick up.

Food? I must say that on top of being the fast Asian food service I've ever experienced, China Cafe easily rank top two on flavor, texture, presentation, and menu. The food tastes even better than it looks. The flavors are bold and most importantly, consistent.

When you enter the staff is very busy, so don't let the lack of smiles and friendly gestures shy you away from a good thing. The restaurant is not very modern, but it is clean and inviting. I can't describe dining in for you because I always carryout, but I can tell you that after nearly 15 visits last year, this is the only Chinese food establishment that I'd vouch for in Huntsville.

If you don't live in the area, Hazel Green may seem a little "off the beaten path", but it's worth it. Only problem is you'll be force to keep coming back because others just won't compare

Small place with good food. General Tso's chicken was really good with a decent heat level. I like spicy so it wasn't bad. Egg rolls are really good too

Who woulda thunk the BEST Chinese Food in North Alabama would be in Hazel Green? But that’s where it is and they’re killing it! It does not matter what time of the day or night you order, the food is always gonna taste fresh and be hot. My favorite it the house fried rice and shrimp egg rolls. I also recommend the sashimi and the sushi. Never ever have I left here or gotten food to go and was disappointed. Hands down my favorite over I love sushi, rock n roll sushi and PF Changs. Thanks y’all!!!

Fist time going. Ordered more stuff from there but I won't order sushi or sashimi from there again. I thought I would have gotten a separate container for the smoked salmon sashimi since they were separate orders. Pay more for less.
