Shann was excellent for me and my crisis. I love the consultant at this store. There amazing phone genius. Shann fixed my phone, checked my apps. I'm glad I met her today she was very welcoming to me. And so was the few plants up front. Definitely proud I'm AT&T customer

Two workers helping people when we walked in, which is fine, except they didn’t even look up or acknowledge us. Stood there for about 15-20 minutes and they told a couple who came in after us that they would help them while they were finishing up with their current customer. No asking who was here first or anything. I understand that it’s busy and it takes a while per customer, but acknowledging when a customer walks in and having a system for who was there first goes a long way

Got a new iPhone and as always went to my favorite ATT store! Shann was already helping 2 other ladies with transfers and jumped right into mine, kept us all involved, no one felt neglected, explained what she was doing, put on my new screen protector perfectly! and as always did a fantastic job.
Won't go anywhere else!

As soon as I walked in the door store rep Chris helped me immediately and I was in and out pretty quick. 10/10 Chris did was outstanding!

Obviously they aren’t aware of the store hours, both google and the door say open 12-6 Sunday. I went to the store on June 11 at 12:40 and door is locked.

Andy, Shann, and Felicia were super nice and helpful. They took care of us with 5 star service. Highly recommend them and AT&T Prime in Hazel Green. Good folks!

One of the best cell phone stores anywhere. Exceptional customer service. Store manager Cindy and her staff is very knowledgeable and puts the customer first. Highly recommend.
