Absolutely ridiculous. Sat in the drive through for 25 minutes just waiting for them to take our order. Then another 20 minutes to receive our order at the window. Half the crew just standing around staring at us while we waited. This would be like waiting at Culver's for ice cream for an hour or waiting at Wendy's for an hour for for junior hamburger absolutely ridiculous.

They have tacos! For real what more do you need to know? Is it gourmet? Nope, and that's a good thing. They have good MexiMurican food!

That said their new Grilled Cheese Dipping Taco is freaking legit. It's got knety of cheese, the shredded beef is savory and flavorful, and the dipping sauces are on point. Definitely worth the money.

Only complaint is a decided lack of cowbell. Definitely needs more cowbell.

THIS TACO BELL IS ABSOLUTELY DOG WATER. DONT EVER GO. I'm starving typing this thinking I'm about to eat some tasty burritos but instead I TAKE A BIG BITE INTO MY BURRITO AND ITS JUST SOUR CREAM AND BURRITO SHELL. the workers are usually teenagers that couldn't make a burrito to save their lives. This taco bell SUCKS but its the only thing near me I can eat. WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY, MONEY AND SPACE. hire better workers. I would rate this negative 100 stars if I could. This experience ruined my night.

Our food was made to perfection it looked like it should have been in a commercial. Customer service was excellent, fast and friendly. Loved it!

Taco Bell is one of my absolute favorite fast food restaurants. Their value meals truly are a value and still cheap for those that don't have a lot to spend but are hungry and want to be full. The service is usually pretty quick with few errors.

Ok so my rating definitely changed. The past 3 visits, a months time maybe. Last time the drive thru wait was well over 15 minutes and 2 of my potato bowls had 10 tiny potatoes in them couldn't see them under the glob of cheese. Tacos were wrong. Now this morning the woman at the window, name starts with a D. Not the most pleasant person to speak to and judging by the appearance of my daughters food (it's posted) after they zapped it in the microwave cooking it to the wrapper she obviously dropped it and stepped on it before throwing it out the window.

This used to be a great Taco Bell, but sadly, not anymore. We pulled up to order, and right off we were told they were OUT of beef, dorito shells, and another type of shell, tomatoes, and it seems other things were also mentioned.
They had steak meat but DID NOT offer to give it at ground beef price for my hubby's burrito ,which would have been ground beef, but he had to get steak (which he didn't even want)
I, myself, got what I always get steak supreme chilupa. Got home, and basically it was nothing but the shell!! There was maybe 1/4 tsp of steak, and hardly a bit of any toppings and no sour cream on it.
VERY BIG disappointment when you seldom treat and eat out and spent way to much for food that was absolutely pitiful!!
The ONLY positive thing was that the young man at the window was very kind and polite.

I tried this Taco Bell to see if it would be any better than the Meridianvilla location. I waited for 5 minutes before a person helped the DoorDash person that walked in after me and then that person walked away. I had to ask if anyone was working up front and that same guy said no one is working up there and I have to use the kiosk. Why couldn't he tell me that when he saw me standing there waiting? So I accepted their offer and used the kiosk. I wanted to order the Crispy Melt Taco meal that i saw on the menu. Well, I could not find it on the kiosk so I asked a woman that was fixing the broken soda machine. She told me that the Crispy melt taco was discontinued....but it's still on the menu. So i had to order something else. The order didn't take too long and was hot and fresh, so that is one positive thing. And on top of everything, the Dorito taco I ordered came in a "cheesy crispy" sleeve, which is probably for the Crispy Melt Taco that I wanted originally. I think I am going to write off Taco Bell entirely. The customer service is horrid, just like every other fast food place. People need to keep leaving reviews like this or just not go to fast food places to show them we won't stand for it. Something needs to change in the fast food industry or they need to change the name of the industry to slow food.

Update: A week or two after I left this review, I went to Wendy's down the road at lunch time on a Monday and my order was ready before I eveb finished paying. Wendy's is super efficient even when it is busy and Taco Bell has no excuse.

Another update: I went to Taco Bell only because Arby's was not open yet at 9 am. I suppose Taco being open is a positive thing but: There was no one at the front counter so I had to order using the automated machine. My order was completed pretty fast but there also were no other customers. In the lobby there was no ice, no napkins, no sporks, and no mild sauce. In addition, the entire restaurant was out of Dr. Pepper. Almost all the tables were dirty so I had to use a straw to knock off the old cheese that was on it. The employee rolled his eyes when I told him the tables were dirty.
