Avoid placing a curbside pickup order at this store. My experience involved ordering a TV online for curbside pickup. Upon arriving at the store, they couldn't locate my order. Despite seeking out the manager, they were unavailable. I made 15 attempts to contact the online orders/curbside pickup department by phone, but received no response. It turned out to be a frustrating waste of time.

When you're short an item or two, what is there not to love about a nice, well stocked Walmart. They had everything you could realistically want for the everyday shopper, AND Gulf Shores vacationers. Very clean as well. No complaints here! 5/5 Stars

This place is always busy. Since it is always busy, there are usually empty shelves sprinkled all over the store. I needed Gluten free bread, and they had none. They had more employees gathering shopping carts than running registers. The whole rack of bananas looked bruised and we’re already full ripe.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I just had to let everyone know about the above and beyond service I received from MECAILA. She was so sweet, patient, and kind. You can tell she enjoys her job. I wish all retail stores had more employees like her!

For a Walmart near a beach/ tourist areas it remains very well stocked. Is clean but as of late have noticed practically ALL employees have conversations going on there phones while at work. Today I got the dreded finger, you know the " wait one while I finish my conversation" finger. I just walked away. Aside from that good location and layout.

Walmart Gulf Shores not a friendly place overall.
Went into electronics around 9am. No one to be found for 15 minutes was on vacation so forced to wait. Young man(Taven) worked in another department. He was as wonderful as he could be. Only bright spot in the store that morning…He tried to get someone to help me. When we were suddenly passed by a department manager and an assistant manager…. Both merely pointed me back to the electronics kiosk. Glad that was a one and done for me….
