I had to ship back an Amazon package, and get some invitations made. The staff was amazing! The ladies were so helpful and knowledgeable of their job. I noticed they greeted everyone with a smile. It truly shows when the staff cares! They went above and beyond! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Original: The new guy is horrible. Doesn’t care at all
Additional: I’ve lives in the area since 2013, and have never seen this guy working at this location, usually, there were two very nice girls, but on the day of my review he was there by himself, new to me, which was not even the issue. The issue was the way he treated me, the way that showed that he obviously doesn’t care, and thinks everyone is stupid but him. I hate when people do that while working customer service positions. I don’t have a problem with the company or it’s policies, just the way this employee was acting. He could’ve been at least nicer, that’s all

I sure appreciate the expertise your store has! I needed some documents notarized. One of the ladies there jumped right in and helped me with everything! Even made me a copy when it was done! I will be back!

They always take care of everything that I need and get things done in a timely manner! I come in several days throughout each month to drop off online orders and I have never been disappointed once. The only con about coming here is the rouses parking lot, which is by no means this stores fault, just usually a very packed lot.

I had a fax sent to me, kept calling and it didn’t come in. Finally walked in and said it had to be here. Yep it was! Then I had to send a release form to my doctor which I did the next day and went to the doctor a week later and it wasn’t there. They got a cover sheet and we’re still waiting for the release form! Called UPS, Robert and told him it wasn’t received. He said they we’re having technical problems, for a week? Where did my release form go? He hung up on me! Wow, that’s the manager! Not going there any more.
