They never answer the phone when you try to call in an order. And when you do it on line and its rejected you might get your money back or you might not. The food is good but definitely not worth the hassle. Im getting seriously tired of spending my money on a place that obviously doesn’t appreciate it

Spent almost $50 and had my child choke on the chicken had to throw it away to my dog because it was so hard you couldn’t chew it. Not to mention the floor is disgusting my feet were literally stuck to the carpet making a noise when I walked!

Counter person no personally at all. Obviously hates her job. My shoes kept sticking to the carpet because of the filth . Overall not recommended

Floor was nasty like it had not been cleaned in a week or more. It's carpet in dining room but as it goes close to counter and soft drink area begins to look like concrete but its actually sticky gunk built up in the carpet from not cleaning. It's squishy and sticks to your shoes as you walk over it. If area customer can see is that bad, no telling what they won't clean in the kitchen where you can't see, or how long since fountain drinks machine has been cleaned.

Water hose was stretched out across hallway between bathroom or outside to kitchen for people to walk over. No telling what thatcwas used for.

Staff at register when not busy instead of cleaning, sit in chair behind counter playing on phone. Eventually she laid her head down and went to sleep. We saw other customers walk in and turn around and walk out as we left.

Nasty. Noone I know will ever go there again.

Food is good. Chicken wings are very tiny. The rug is filthy and sticky to walk on. Needs to be removed. Not cheap; four combos cost us $50.

Not too cheap, but you get huge portions. The food is delicious, not overly seasoned. Only lacking condiment choices out on counter, you must ask for certain ones.

And on a side note, a casual looking uniform would definitely make the place look a little more clean cut.
Friendly service regardless, didn't take long to get food.

The wings are getting smaller by the week but it's ok with customer service... Just wish they would replace the carpet that seems to feel sticky all the time like it's wet.
