Pork was good, sauce was a bit too sweet for my taste. The meat has a really nice flavor and I didn’t think the it really needed sauce. My husband loved the sauce because he likes a sweeter sauce.
The baked beans were delicious.
The potato salad was way too sweet.
The smoked chicken sandwich is huge. It is tender and juicy but it does lack some flavor. I don’t care to add condiments so that I can enjoy the flavor of the meat. The tomato on the sandwich really helped because it was fresh, juicy and very tasty. The bun was fresh.
The stew was very good. I enjoyed the flavors and the heartiness of it.
The brownie was disgusting - do not bother. It was dry and old.
The lady working was very nice and the service was great.
This is a smoke trailer in a gas station parking lot with a porch built on the back with some picnic tables. Be prepared to picnic and watch cats run around and cars go by.

I just had some of the best roadside barbecue I've ever had! It was inexpensive and absolutely delicious! The people were also very friendly and the service was quick with no frills or nonsense. Would definitely eat here again. u003c3

Good food - service is none too fast, but the couple who run the place is nice. Prices have increased - expect to pay $10/person for a meal. They have large and regular sandwiches - specify or they'll give you large. Cash only!! Located right next to a shell station that has an ATM/bathrooms. Covered outdoor seating is nice. Lots of cats!

Bring cash for this great little place right off the interstate. We got off the ramp to stop for gas and asked the locals about the little BBQ place across the street. They said best BBQ in the area and they were not wrong.

We got the chopped pork sandwich, chopped turkey sandwich, baked beans and potato salad.

Everything was delicious.

We will be stopping again the next time we come through.

The last time I had food from here, it was cold. Like refrigerator cold. I ordered 2 pounds of pork and it was not fresh.

I have been a regular customer of this establishment since they first opened!!!!!
My Dad and I used to run a roofing business together and we would eat lunch with them almost everyday!!!! I would put their BBQ up against anyone!!! I also highly recommend the camp stew!!! Their quality and consistency on everything they offer has remained at a high level for decades!!! When I am in the area working or on my way to the beach I am hitting the first exit in Greenville heading south on I-65 to get my BBQ on!!!! Their friendly service has always been an added bonus!!! Also since my Dad passed away in 2008, each visit invokes the memories of sitting in our work truck talking and listening to Rush Limbaugh or Paul Harvey News and Comment way back in the day as we are enjoying our meal!!!! My Dad loved their BBQ too!!!!

This place has the best smoked turkey sandwiches I've ever had! I try to get one every time I'm in town. The owners are so sweet, too. Thanks for all the yummy meals! I'll keep coming back.

Wow! Amazing food… super nice owners. Best bbq pork I’ve had in a long time. No credit card, so be sure to have cash. We plan to stop on our way back to get some by the pound!
