It’s Sunday evening… traveling from Florida.
Very dissatisfied! The most racist feeling I’ve had as a white person in a restaurant in a long time! I only asked for sweet tea. They could not even respond and looked at me with discontent. My husband asked for sweet tea less than two minutes later and was told to get it off the machine that dispenses soda. They had a tea dispensary at the self service drink counter that was empty. We will never stop there again and was so upset. Beware of the attitudes.

I normally review fast food as such, can't set your expectations too high. But this location strives at below the bar on everything. It took 5 minutes to order a number four combo and a number 9 combo. I could account if the inside was very busy but it was also locked No inside customers were present.

I love Wendy’s and It was busy even at 2:30, which is why I’m confused. We were in line to order for 35 minutes. It took an additional 20 after that. That would not have been so annoying had our food not been ice cold…not just “not warm” but my burger was like it came straight from the fridge. How in the heck do you wait so long and the food is still cold. I would think that it would be made to order.

We love Wendy’s biggie bags! Everyone was friendly and the service was quick! A word of caution, though: I almost fell on my backside because the floors were so slippery! My husband was sliding around as well. I’m sure we looked adorable duck-walking through the restaurant, but something needs to be done. The floors looked clean, just very slippery!

Order was wrong. Line was long. Wait was long. Finally got the food and didn’t get a single item we ordered. Received 2 kid’s hamburgers, plain and cold and cold large fry. Also received an unsweetened tea because they didn’t have ANY sodas available and the tea was supposed to be sweet but we got unsweetened. No sugar or sweetener to add. I love Wendy’s. This is not typical and we stopped while on a road trip. Imagine the disappointment as we realized what we had versus what we ordered and after a long wait and miles away. LAME!!!

The food was fresh and delicious. They were pretty busy, but I think that's because the food is great. The staff was busy with orders, so I have no complaints about them. I will be returning, and I highly recommend.

I stopped here to eat while passing through. Staff was very friendly but everything else including cleanliness is quite below average. The water was not working in the men’s bathroom so was unable to wash my hands. The fryer looks like it hasn’t been changed in a while because the fries came out so speckled from old crud and grease. The counter for the drinks was a mess and I’m not sure if they were in the middle of changing things out but everything was open and things on the floor.

One of the more reliable fast food restaurants in Greenville. Food was satisfactory and what was expected as far as standardized chain quality which is more than can be said for some of the other chain restaurants nearby in Greenville. Sweet tea was good and free refills if you eat inside. They also have one of those magic Coke machines with lots of selections. Not an excessive wait for food. They take you name and call you when your order is ready. The $5 special is a good value to satisfy your hunger although you can spend a lot of money on the menu.
