Girls at windows not wearing hair nets had fake nails on, the one that gave us the food had long pink hair was scratching her head and handed my drinks and food with the same hand. Gross this place needs a health inspection! Good way to represent your area for visitors passing throug, I just wish I was able to upload the picture I took of the lady's hair from the back showing it was over half down her back and not tied up, no hat, no hair net. Also she was very rude

Decent food. Affordable. Relatively quick service. Lots of business. It's usually very busy but we try our best. Great place for family meals!

I order McFlurrys extremely often and not ONE has EVER been mixed. AT ALL. They just put the Oreos on the top. Half the time that makes the lid pop off and spill cookies everywhere.

We’re traveling from Mississippi to Tennessee and I stopped and order a number 1 Big Mac meal and it was on point . Made fresh and fries were hot and it was awesome! It’s been awhile since I have got to none like this . Shout out to the crew in the back and even the lady on the line who was eating a bag of Cheeto’s

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the McDonald's located in Greenville, Alabama, on an exceptionally busy Saturday. Despite the overwhelming rush, this fast-food establishment exceeded my expectations in every aspect, transforming what could have been a chaotic experience into an absolute delight.

Upon arriving at the restaurant, we were relieved to secure the last available parking spot. The sight of two packed drive-thru lanes heightened our concerns about finding seating, but to our surprise, ample seating awaited us inside. The facility itself was astonishingly clean, a testament to the meticulous maintenance performed by the dedicated crew. It was clear that no corners were cut when it came to cleanliness and providing a welcoming environment for customers.

To expedite our order, we decided to utilize the McDonald's app, a decision that turned out to be a stroke of genius. While we were expecting a standard food delivery, we were pleasantly surprised when the manager himself personally delivered our food to our table. This personal touch added an extra layer of care and attention to detail that elevated our dining experience.

If i could give negative stars i would. Whoever was working the drive through today at 315 was awful. She was too busy cutting up in the background to acknowledge i gave a 4 digit number and rang up an blue freeze.. when i said maam i didn’t order that, she got extremely rude and said “well what you had then?!” I told her it was a code and she ignored me. We ended up leaving and drove down the interstate to find another location. I would avoid going here!!

Was passing thru and needed to get a meal and this is what I got. Called the store #4195 112 Greenville BYP, Butler Al
and informed the manager of the situation and his response was, "that he checks the food and he sees nothing wrong with the product that was served." I offered to send pictures of the food and was responded with "well I apologize but if you want you can come back and have the food remade or refunded but I have checked the vegetables and see nothing wrong."
For the customer's check your food before leaving if you're just passing through!!

This place was great. I dont usually eat at McDonalds very often anymore, one of the reasons is the fact that they usually are pretty slow nowadays, but this one was pretty quick which was great! The food was fine. They currently offer dining in as long as you are social distancing. Public bathrooms.
