Just not the service, quality and cook time that Waffle House normally provides. The server was pleasant enough when ordering, yet was more concerned with things other than paying attention to serving my breakfast in a timely manner. The food was very cold. The butter was not melted as it was spread on cold toast. The eggs were cold and the grits were cold. I was starving so I ate without complaining. I had to flag my server down 30 minutes later and ordered 2 more eggs and biscuit. Again biscuit was not even room temperature but the egg shells was when I had to refuse to pay for the second bill. The poor server just didn't have the proper training or lack of personality for this type work. I still tipped and was not rude just kinda surprised at the lack of concern in attitude. Nothing really dissappoints me anymore. I get more shocked when I find people who enjoy what they do.

Great waitress. The food was ok. I loved my waffles but our eggs were too soft it was like chewing gerber baby food. I think the place could use a good cleanup. The dividing glass between each table were filthy and the windows were too. We love Waffle House but put some elbow grease to the place... respectfully

The service was excellent. The food was prepared exactly as I ordered it. Been to a lot of waffle houses and this was a first for me not to have to send something back.

We like Waffle House but the ladies could greet the customers with a smile. The dirty rugs they keep using over and over again to wipe the tables needs to changed more often. The dirty water from the rags are dripping down on the jugs of syrup. THAT IS UNSANITARY!!! I have a picture too.
Our waitress only checked on us once and we were fixing to leave. ????

Service was right on time. Ask for Nay Nay, she is very friendly and makes you feel like you're the only ones that she is waiting on. If she hasn't provided you with all you need, all you have to do is ask. Food was prepared just like I ordered it. And it was delicious.
