Eating ice cream on a hot day is always a treat for me especially when we're going through an excessive heat wave.
I tried the Blizzard Flavor of the Month-the Oreo & Brownie Brookie. I thought it was pretty good even though the ice cream 3/4 of the way down wasn't mixed. It was plan vanilla ice cream. I'd still get this Blizzard Flavor again even if it's not mixed all of the way down, but I do hope next time it is.
Both my Husband & Sister had the Extreme Brownie Blizzard. Theirs were mixed all of the way to the bottom.

I went through the drive thru last night and the service was just disappointing. They couldn’t keep track of the orders and I paid for a different order than mine. Granted it was less, but it could have been more than what I ordered. Id recommend they ask what order they have first before the customer pays. Secondly, I had ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard with snickerdoodle BASE. Not the dough, the base. All the ingredients were on top, it was made wrong, and it wasn’t blended well. It had all the vanilla ice cream at the bottom. If you have a new staff, I highly recommend thorough training. Considering the new owners don’t really care, I doubt this location will get any better. I used to work there and I cared about every single order that went through there because if I were that customer, I’d want the best service I can get. They simply seem like they do not care. It’s sad. I miss the former owners that cared for their business and their community. That just doesn’t seem to matter to the new owners. Do better and be better.

Absolutely horrible job on my blizzard. I ordered the largest size. Asked to add caramel. Paid to add caramel. Not only was there no caramel, but they took Absolutely forever to get the order out after they made it. My blizzard was runny, the only part that wasn't drinkable were the muddy buddies and the chocolate chunks. Absolutely nasty.

The food was great and the restaurant was clean. The new cashier was very nice but had not ever tasted the 3 or 4 items we inquired about. Just a suggestion but I think letting new staff sample some food would help if customers had particular questions. The pretzels were great!

The new owners have no clue how to manage their staff. They had the same young lady taking orders at the counter and serving them to the tables. She did the best she could, but the volume was too much and the line backed up out the door. Should have had a dedicated cashier and a dedicated order runner.
The ice machines were both empty, and the new owners don't put napkins or condiments on the tables any more.
The food was okay, but the experience was awful. Don't go at a busy time!!

Excellent service. Crimson was awesome, she helped an elderly customer, that was in front of me, with compassion and patience. When she filled my order she was extra careful handling the food, covering the fries before she picked them up. The food was great too. Another restaurant added to my list to return to.

Dairy Queen in Cullman, Alabama, never disappoints! The tasty ???? treats they serve are absolutely delightful. From their creamy soft-serve ice cream to their mouthwatering blizzards, every bite is pure bliss. The friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere make it the perfect spot for a sweet treat. Highly recommend!

We went through the drive thru for a yummy treat because we had our fur babies with us. We were pleasantly surprised when they brought them a little treat as well! It made our day! Thanks DQ! ❤️
