the parking was challenging, But when is it not? the walk to the front door Was horrific. The employees were helpful. The supply I was looking for was low. Had no wait to self checkout. Again the walk to the car was horrible for the 2nd time. But overall I was satisfied. Usually not too busy guess just today.

Walmart has a lot to offer for one-stop shopping. The checkout lines are usually long because not many are staffed. Self checkout lines are always long too.

This was a well organized Walmart. The departments I visited were kept picked up and clean. The checkout process was speedy. The temperature was comfortable. There seemed to be enough and available staff.

It was a pickup order, service was quick, professional, friendly, items bagged with other like items, only 1 item with a substitution, the outside of the plastic bags were clean, the bags of the refrigerated and frozen foods doubled bagged so no moisture on outside of bags. Which is a good thing for me because I drive a pickup truck with a bed cover and the groceries go in the bed of the truck so no dirt sticking to the refrigerated and frozen food bags from the truck bed.

One of the better Walmart Stores I have been to. Employees evident all around the store and shelves stacked fairly neat, pretty well stocked too. We will visit this location again for sure.

Went to the automotive section to have a rim put on my car. I came back the next morning because my tire was flat and something was wrong. When I brought it over the next morning, I was told “there’s nothing we can do. My manager has a saying we still make mistakes”. They essential told me I’m out of luck and they wouldn’t help me unless I brought a rim from them. I told them this was unacceptable for customer service. I requested a manager because I was going to lose it on the mechanics. Luckily, the manager had better attitudes than the mechanics and had them inspect my rim to find the value stem was broke and they chipped the inside of my rim because of ignorance. I didn’t even care about the chip of my rim because it was not hurting anything, but to give off that attitude working in customer service is unacceptable. I hope the store manager gets onto the automotive section for the unacceptable service and congratulate the manager I dealt with, (don’t remember his name, but he was a short, stocky, white dude). I know it’s not the dealership, but to say that to a customer still blows my mind

Awesome! They have real live checkout people working!! Of course self check out was available, but I choose the people. Nice, clean, fast friendly customer service. Take notes to all retail. Superb! ????????
