Never had any problems with this location except for tonight. Went for dinner with my husband and unfortunately we did not even get to enjoy our meal except for the appetizer that we ate. Waitress was extremely rude and smart with us. Waited 45 minutes for food and it came out cold, not even the slightest bit warm. We were never checked on or attended to after we received our appetizer and placed our order. We did not eat a single bite of our meal and waited at least another 15 minutes before she FINALLY checked on us. Would’ve been a better experience if our waitress would’ve been nice and attentive. Very disappointed.

There is a celebrity that works at this establishment. Her name is Sky I believe but she looks just like Emma Stone the actress. She was funny and professional at best. The manager on Duty Krystal was as pleasant as she is bubbly. Always checking on tables and making people laugh. I will be back to this place just because of them. Well plus the food too. Lol

It's time for real talk. Customers understand the idea of work shortages, "We're short staffed, people didn't show up, etc."

But really? Veteran's free meal day? One of the busiest times of the year?

People were waiting 30 to 50 minutes and the dining room is 1/3 full (see pics)??

At some point, you've got to buck up and realize you will cease having customers if you don't do better. It's that simple.

And on a side note, it's so much pressure on the staff who do show up, they make mistakes just from the stress and impossibility of taking care of dozens of people.

Do better. It's not even about the food!

Leadership doesn't get it. We're not all out to get free food! I'm trying to help your business and your employees, all of them.

Even after seeing this review, what has management done today to get the desperate help your floor workers are needing? This week? This month?

Guess what? It doesn't matter what you have done regardless, because it hasn't solved the problem. And owners, if your management can't get the job done, it's time for new management. If not, you, the owners are completely at fault. Not being one bit hateful. Just real talk.

But owners, honestly, I think you have zero idea what happens on a day to day behind the scenes. Do you think we as customers don't see the egregious turnover? Do you think we don't hear staff and management and employees arguing in the back? Do you think Alabama has ever come in 2nd Place in the town gossip category? This is no huge metropolitan!

Owners, did you see the pictures? Did you see the empty dining room on Veteran's Day at lunch rush?

Secondary problem: lack of staff and people not showing up

Dry, bland wings; wilted salad; fries were good when dipped in garlic parmesan.... Service at the restaurant was super slow at 515 on a Tuesday night. We waited 15 minutes to pickup a Togo order..... Over priced, underwhelming, and wish I would have gone to another local spot instead.

Sky is Awesome!! She is one of the best waitresses I've ever had.. The boneless wings tasted old and the fries were very chewy and not good unless they are very hot and fresh.

I had gotten a to-go order, which I normally do for lunch every so often when I work, but for my grandpa for Father’s Day this time. Not only was the hostess who handed me the order rather rude and looked annoyed, but when I asked to check the order to make sure the salad was correct, she just scanned the receipt and handed it to me. I had paid for traditional wings and got boneless instead, which were slightly overcooked. I should’ve known to check beforehand, but honestly just wanted to get out of that girl’s hair. It’ll be a while before I come back. Everything else food wise was great, but maybe a bit of professionalism would be good for this night staff. Never have had a problem with the day staff. I hope the manager actually gets told and at least tries to correct the mistake. If I didn’t live almost 30 minutes away, I would’ve been there pretty immediately.

We had a larger party of about 17. We're seated fairly quickly. Drink orders was taken and brought our. An appetizer was ordered along with everyone's meal. 1 hour and 15 minutes pass and we haven't seen our waitress. Drinks needed to be refilled and the appetizer was never brought out. Our waitress returns with everyone's food, and starts refills extra napkins ect. We tell her we never received the nacho appetizer she apologized and asked if we still wanted it or she could take it off the bill, and we said no we still want it. 30 more minutes go by and it still hasn't came out. We reminded her again about it. 10 more mins pass and it's finally delivered to the table assured that it was just freshly made yet it was cold. Although slightly annoyed everyone remained polite and friendly.

Come in to enjoy a meal on my lunch break with the family. Everything was brought out on time. Except our main meal. Ordered our food around 6:20 took them 45 to 50 minutes to bring our food out. And it wasn't even hot it was Luke warm. Spent 80 bucks for luke warm food. On top of that I didn't get to eat it cause they took forever with bringing the food out. I had to return to work with no food. Come on BBW you guys use to be great. Service was amazing back then. Now it's not even worth the time to enjoy a meal anymore cause you got waitress that won't get up and do their jobs or help each other out as a team. Piss poor service.
