Can't say enough good things about this store's personnel! From the initial phone call about services available (I needed a Notary and two witnesses, plus copying and overnight shipping) to the actual service rec'd, exceptional from start to finish. The overnight letter was beyond expensive, but other than the shock of that, it was a positive experience all around.

This store is normally very busy, partly because of the fact that they are one of the few places you can ship things in town. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. Come in with an expectation that you might have to wait a few minutes and you’ll be more than happy with the service you receive.

Love Mike. He was a great help last week. He went out of his way to help. Today unfortunately he was not there between 1030 am and noon. The women you have are harming ur business, sadly. Their Attitude is demonic. I went to fedex store. A beautiful sweet young lady name Alicia went out of her way for me and even taped my box without telling me she would NOT! I will leave it at that. Praying for you Larry/ur wife and ur business. SMH ????
On a Saturday I went again Toyo’s and low and behold, there were to beautiful very young AA ladies who went out of there way to help me. Thank you Kayla & tisha

This is a high volume store and many times the line is to the door and wrapped around inside but they are always efficient in handling and service is received quickly..

terrible, owner is rude, had a package return they said was incorrect. took it to Madison Store and they new how to do it. Had an amazon return they said it was wrong, amazon said it was right they would not even take it.

Went in to make an Amazon return. The 20 something year old male who knew more than anyone I’ve ever met, informed me I had to pay for packaging! Clearly, the Amazon return instructions did not indicate this. Because they didn’t receive the email I sent them with the return code, he attempted to convince me it was because I wasn’t on Wi-Fi! Even when I received a confirmation email that it had been sent to them. So, the manager took a pic of my return code, Mr Know more than anyone was going to charge me for a copy! What? Your system is down, you take a pic with your phone, and I have to pay for a copy! I will from now on go to The Mail Room and pay for the return then get the refund from Amazon which is what I did today when I contacted Amazon of the debacle. Lesson learned. People like him scare me. I’m done.

I visited the UPS Store in Florence today and received exceptional service even though there was a large number of customers. The staff was courteous, professional, and informed me of the steps to needed complete the service I required. I highly recommend this business!

This store is always packed and I feel for them. Some customers are not easy to be around and they do their best. You can tell they're worn out. They're always super helpful to me when I come in and they explain how the process should go if I have any questions. Thankful for them otherwise we wouldn't be able to get our packages.
