The employees at Office Depot in Florence, AL are always kind and helpful. An employee normally always asks me not long after I enter the store if I need some help finding something. I don't hear those words in most stores these days. Thank you Office Depot:)

Office Depot has knowledgeable people to help you find what you want, and they have a wide range of products from which to choose. I have dealt with them for MANY years and have never been disappointed in their service or products.

Terrible service, so disapointed. Staff at printing department is always mad. I feel as if I bother them when I go place my printing orders. They are always behind. Luckily I found a new place to go get my blueprints done. It's downtown at "Herald Quick Print"
328 North Pine Street, Florence. I got my blueprints done in 2 hrs. when it takes OfficeDepot days & it was cheeper too & staff was curtious and friendly.

Went into this location and asked the computer technician if he could help me figure out how to unfold a mount for a new Dell monitor I had purchased, the closest he got to it was glancing across the counter at it in my hand and he "said no I've never seen anything like that." On my way out the door a boy that couldn't have been any older than 14 showed me. I thought it was ridiculous that a school child was able to help me with something that an technician employed by office depot couldn't help me with.

Dan at Office Depot in Florence was extremely helpful and had a very pleasant personality. It was so refreshing to go somewhere that actually had good customer service. So many retail stores could benefit from seeing how it’s supposed to be done!! Thank you Dan!

Associates were very helpful in answering questions about products and at checkout.
We bought a variety of items and had a tab of almost $400.

Prices were unbelievably high and I stock items were very low. Not much variety and many empty shelves. Organization of items also seemed very scattered.
