I think this is the first Walmart I’ve ever given 5 stars too. I actually enjoyed shopping at this Walmart, it feels so big on the inside. The clothing sections felt much bigger and the clothes were cute. I saw several items I haven’t seen before and I really liked the selection. The store was very clean and the employees were really nice. Jonathan in the deli, Brock in grocery and Brenda in electronics all gave excellent customer service!

Always at Walmart, you go there to shop,but wind up visiting your friends you haven't seen in a while. Easy to get in, difficult to get out. You have to pick the right time to go or you will be waiting in line to get out, even at the self checkout. It's just that time of year!

This is one of the best Walmarts I've been to, and like most people, I've been to many. I specifically drive 40 minutes instead of going to a local one because the service and selection here are so much better. I especially wanna point out how wonderful the people working in the grocery pickup are. I can place a big order in the morning and pick it up on the same day, they make frequent updates on the app so I know exactly what's happening and when my order is ready, I'm always happy with my substitutions and they rarely list anything as unavailable, and they're incredibly expedient in getting the groceries out to you once you've arrived. Ordering from places in the past meant I always expected something to go wrong, but now I look forward to getting my groceries because I trust that they made the best possible decisions on my behalf

This store has gone down hill sad to say it, poor inventory management, employees just go through the motions, oh and they changed there hours and now close at 9pm, even on the weekends. When I asked when that was changed the response I got was a few months ago? Still have 11pm posted on all the signage though?
Mostly self check out and not all of them are open, makes no sense.
Just sad, I thing there give a darn is broken!

Bathrooms are always dirty if I stop by in the evenings. When using self checkout. Things do not wrong up the right prices. My most recent purchase was Starkist tuna packets ringing up double the price they are marked as well as the small Tina’s burritos. Definitely keep an eye on that when using self check. Clerk acted inconvenienced when I asked her to fix the price and explained the items wasn’t ringing correctly. I told her I didn’t mind waiting while she verified it. The man at the door yells at you for your receipt after he ignores you and your pretty much in the parking lot. The pickers who do pickup orders have ran into my cart more than once and act like customers should yield to them. Also
Act as if shoppers are hindering them. I think this store needs more guidance on customer service as a whole. I only go when I have to now because I want to spend my money where the businesses are nice to me and happy that I’m there shopping.
And clean bathrooms are always a pleasant experience too!

Not enough check out. I do not do self check out. I do not work for wal mart or get any discount for doing self check out. They you want to treat me like I'm stealing something going out the door.

I know it’s the south, and roaches are everywhere, but the dog food aisle is absolutely crawling and it’s so gross. Thankful I went to the store instead of doing a delivery or I may have ended up with these pests in my home.
Management seemed concerned and assured me they’d follow proper channels to have this eradicated. I would avoid buying pet treats/food here for a while at all costs until they get this under control.
