For a country ham biscuit the ham might have been 1"x3" and didn't cover half the biscuit. Ordered new Benny Biscuit, eggs were well done instead of over easy, was supposed to be covered in hollandaise and there was none, hash browns were gummy and apples were cold!!! We were there 1.5 hrs and left hungry.

Kinda disappointed. Usually have a good meal there. Our food was messed up then they gave us maple chicken sauce for our beignet instead of pecan syrup. My son's pancakes looked nasty and they said it had been under the light for a while. Just disappointed with the amount of money I spent

Good service and good food. We had a very nice waitress. Just wish there was a way to get more of what you want as a meal without having to pay so much for it. My teen daughter is very picky and only likes certain things, but to get those few things she'd want for breakfast, you had to do the make your own breakfast option, and it then totaled up to $20 without her drink cost. It was not because she ordered a super lot either, because she's extremely small and petite. But the food and service were good.

My preferite location in US for restaurant not very expensive. All these locations are similar. But it is familiar. Always full of old people that loves that food.

Service is hit or miss. The food used to have large portions and be fresher. The past four times I have visited, food took 40 minutes or longer to get after ordering even when their was hardly any one else in their eating. Servers were preoccupied and didn’t refill coffee or waters the last two times I went. Food tasted good, not great, but was barely warm. Butter didn’t melt on pancakes, to give a temperature reference.

I will give them another chance, but am hoping to see the service and quality measure up to the standards they used to have.

We got seated right away with no wait time! The server acted nervous.then we found out that he was new! We had to ask for silverware! Also noticed a gentleman who was served his food go and ask for silverware also they hadn't given him any! When they bought the silverware to us we had to separate it ourselves they had both sets in napkins folded together ????
What's happening at Cracker Barrel in Florence???? Not many people here!
After asking also for biscuits and cornbread with butter and jelly we got it minus the butter!
Waiting now for our meal to see how it is!
Our meal arrived,hot and good! Have a blessed evening!

These people are ready when you get there.
Massive turnover of tables when we got there.
Food came out hot and correct.
The server was good.
Bill for 4 did not break the bank.

Long wait ,my lady is 87 ask for a chair so she could sit .. you think I asked them to build a temple.bus boy actually kicked the chair.. waitress started out rude when my lady asked for cornbread n biscuits but did come around... okra was cold ,my marshmallow on sweet potato was just put on there not melted...spent 40 dollars and at least two hours there...I haven't ate there in a long time ..now I remember why ...
