Picked up a ice cream cake for my son birthday I had better it just didn't taste fresh wish I requested it be made that morning the Oreo cookie had no crunch the cookies inside layer also had no crunch..the customer service was terrific and fast..this was my son first ice cream cake I really wish it made a better impression.. Carvel does it right and possible fresh made..I did call to ask if I could order it but was told they are pre-made not sure how long it was in the freezer but the ice cream itself wasn't good not freezer burnt but another day or two it would have been..not rich ice cream..I will come back for our normal Oreo blizzards but never for another ice cream cake..says something when kids don't finish it or a day later ask for more!!!

I just had a birthday January 25 and they made me a good ice cream cake ????????it was delicious ummmmm that's the only thing I like there

My husband stopped by with my daughter and grandkids after leaving water world.. there we 6 minors and 3 adults they lady taking the order started screamimng because the 5 years was playing with a white nerf gun and told them she was refusing service and then went as far as to tell them she wouldn't allow her kids to act like that.. which we can only assume is about the nerf gun.. We won't be back and do expect more from this.

Staff was kept busy during a late night visit. The food was fresh. Fries were a bit underdone.

Ordered a large fry and drink was almost $8 guess its better to just order a combo . Too pricey just for a fry and drink.

Went through the drive thru to get a large royal strawberry cheesecake blizzard and a large caramel moolatte.
Got home and opened my blizzard to find only half way full with nothing but vanilla ice cream and a few chunks of cheesecake blended and that's it. Absolutely no strawberries and the cup just a tad over half full!! The caramel moolatte tasted very gross like the ice cream or milk was spoiled. Not sure which they put in it but it tasted like spoiled milk. I live across town and tried calling the store to see if I can bring both drinks back for a refund before driving across town. Called the local store 8 times within 1 hour and always got a busy tone. Had no choice but to call the corporate office and complain because I couldn't get through on the local store number. Both drinks went down the drain!!! Not very happy throwing money out the window! Never again!

Terrible management. Did not make my order correct and did not care to make it right. Had the nerve to lie. Very disappointed. Will not be back for a year, maybe it’ll be better then?

Food was decent. But the woman taking our order was astronomically rude and very disrespectful. Definitely will never step foot in here again.
