The store and service were great but their "Free" membership isn't so free.
I had to "complete" the membership account started by the clerk to complete the survey. The account requires a credit card to a subscription you have to cancel or be charged monthly on the card your required to provide. Then you have to call customer support to cancel the subscription. So much for free membership ????. I will not complete another survey or sign up for membership. Provided I can even cancel the subscription I've gotten into just to complete the survey. ????

This place is VIOLATING CITY CODE because it's bathrooms say employees only. Big box stores are required BY ALABAMA LAW to have PUBLIC BATHROOMS AVAILABLE.

Good place to get office/school supplies as well as fax/copy/print in addition to fedex drop offs but there appeared to only be 2 employees working and the line for services was long and slow. Oh, and apparently, now there’s a $2.33 fee for them to print out documents AND THEY DON’T TELL YOU nor is there signage.

Excellent customer service. I was looking for an item. An employee who was doing other work saw me looking for my item—stopped what he was doing and spent several minutes going through stock boxes to find my item. He then took me to an unoccupied register for checkout. After I checked out, he took a minute and bragged on the store (he was not the manager!). I left thoroughly impressed. Any store that has employees bragging on it will definitely get my repeat Business!

Store prices are Extreme and if you need it now, they have it, if your shopping for items go elsewhere for better pricing.
