The food is way better than the price. Everything was excellent. (Even the green beans I didn’t really want to order, but did to be “healthy”).

I cleaned my plate and am planning to return tomorrow and many more times.

The service was excellent.

I love the cashier, he was very nice and friendly. He enthusiastically explained to us what the dishes were like. However, we asked if the platter is good for how many persons, he said “it’s good for 2 but if you are really hungry, it’s only for 1 person” so we expected the serving to be big. (we are petite people). We ended up buying 2 more orders.

But overall, the food was delicious!

I showed up super hungry and somewhat indecisive. The staff were super friendly and offered several suggestions.
I ended up doing the Loaded Fried Green Tomatoes, Fish Tacos and Shrimp and Grits.

The Tacos were not well balanced. The size and look of the fish was a bit off-putting but I went in anyways. The slaw or lettuce in the taco was soggy like in the worse possible way. All that said, it wasn't bad. Just a bit sloppy. But, like, if a taco is neat, I'd have questions.

I then went for the Loaded Fried Green Tomatoes..... LISTEN! I'm not sure if it was an angel or the devil that whispered softly in their ear and said, "Hey! Wanna make make 'em lose their minds? Add bacon and cheese to the fgts!" All I know is that it's trouble trouble! So good! And it doesn't seem like it would work. But it absolutely does with flying colors!

And then comes the Shrimp and Grits.... I mean, there's a lot going on in there. Lots of cheese, oil, seasonings.... it was almossssst too much. Almost. Very enjoyable! Now if you're scared of bacon, don't even walk by these. If Butter is a nightmare to you, this ain't the dish for you. If you have big seasoning limits, by pass this one. They put all the seasonings in there and it balanced pretty well.
I'll definitely be back if not just to chat with the workers lol
But the Loades Fried Green Tomatoes were the best thing I never knew I needed in my life! Go there and try them❤️

Really nice people. You order at the bar, take a number and have a seat anywhere you'd like. They will bring your food to you.
I got the combination plate with fried shrimp, grilled catfish, fries and southern coleslaw with a drink. Really good food. Every item was delicious. Mondays are military days were military and veterans get 10% off their order.

The food was perfection and the service was amazing! From the second we stepped foot in the door everyone was so friendly and helpful. Will definitely make the trip to eat here again. ????????

The blackened shrimp was good but a bit spicy, the green beans was good but a little cold. The wharf cakes and catfish was a little over fried in my opinion it isn't bad but it could use some more seasoning. Place is very clean and looks nice.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. My whole meal was so good (blackenedsnapper, coleslaw and grilled asparagus) . Cooked to perfection. The homemade strawberry lemonade and homemade blueberry lemonade was the best I have ever had.

The service was friendly. That’s where the good ends. The menu is terrible with stating things like “Oysters” without mentioned that all their stuff is frozen and fried. 22$ for 2$ worth of mediocre fried oysters. The 22$ crab claws can’t fill up a chihuahuas mouth with how little meat comes on the terribly small servings. Food is either bland or over seasoned, no in between. Would strongly recommend against it because it definitely isn’t “seafood”.
