I called the store repeatedly and after 15 minutes a woman answered very rudely. I inquired about a bunk bed I ordered from their store that is completely missing a set of parts. She was very unhelpful and repeatedly cut me off while talking on the phone with her. I told her it was an online order and she very snottily gave me a number to contact. I asked her to repeat herself please as I didn't hear what she said and she raised her voice very condescendingly to tell me the number to grocery pick ups... obviously not a grocery item. If you're going to act miserable maybe don't work in retail. ????u200d♀️ thanks for the help. Not

Took our car here for oil change and get 2 tires put on for an emergency trip. When we gave the keys to the mechanic, he said it would be an 1 1/2hr. We have been waiting way past that. And the guy that worked on our car is a complete mess and so rude. My car has a special key to take tires off. He didn't call to ask, but rather waited till we got back to the counter to say he needed the key for the tires. When i handed the key to him, His attitude was nasty. He is lazy. And once he got done putting tires on the car, he spent like 20 minutes on an iPad. Wasting time.... when we complained at the counter about him, we were informed that they received many complaints before about this individual and his rude attitude. Yet he is still working there with the same nasty attitude. Thus experience confirmed why I normally do not take my car to Walmart. Never again.

I love the new setup at Walmart on Roebuck pkwy. The children section has alot of variety and beautiful girls clothes. I haven't been here in over 6 months. I will be back.

The phone number on the signs at the pickup lanes goes straight to voicemail. They were a little slow yesterday but they were super busy. My order was correct and the employee was very nice.

Everyone always acts as if they are sleepy and don't want to deal with anyone. ALSO they are very slow. The majority of the people, they are nice...
The new employees are rude.
But I can tell they try everyday.
I give them 3 stars for actual effort.

Very nice place and some cashers are nice some of the customers need to act a little better they are doing the best they can

I have to say this Walmart need very much to give monthly customer service training lesions to thier employees at this location the young black women here are rude & angry.This not how you treat customers. I needed help with my United Health card at the self checkout & all I got was rude lip service from the young woman this morning. I’ve given this store location more than one chance, but I have to take my money someplace else where I’m treated with respect as a customer!
