The employee at the counter was rude. No greeting, even though I greeted them. When I said thank you, I received an "uh huh". After waiting for 20 minutes not receiving any food, I went to the counter and was told it'd be 5 more minutes because she had to make pies, to which I replied, we've already been waiting 20 minutes. She said then you can wait 5 more. It took 30 minutes total receive 3 meals ($5.99 meals, nothing fancy). I'm wondering if it's due to my skin color (white), other people came in, ordered, got their food, and left before we saw anything other than some cups.

I went there for breakfast I asked for cheese with my order but didn't get it. My hashbrowns was over cook my sausage and biscuits was horrible I took one bite and put it in the bag and the tea wasn't good either . That was my first and last time going. I can make better Biscuits than that and I use to work for Jack's so I can say that .

Don't eat here. We stood up front for 10 minutes waiting for our order to be taken because they were standing around talking. The drink machine looked really bad. There was no ice and had to get their attention again to get us ice. The drinks were flat and tasted pretty bad. Go somewhere else.

The Jacks employees at this location have very nasty attitudes, plus the food don’t even be cooked right, no one is forcing you to work there, I’ll stick with the Jacks in Pinson and Trussville, their customer service and food is 100x’s better. Better management is needed at this location! Some people should just not be in customer service.

Great location. Always had good drive-through experiences. The only thing is they rarely use the double drive-through, which, when used, helps tremendously with traffic going out onto highway.

I came this morning to tarrent location 9/27/2022 I went on the inside of the store I asked for chicken egg an cheese biscuit an I ordered fry’s my fry’s wasn’t done an my chicken was old I came like 8:30 I tried to call but I can’t get in touch wit the store because the number don’t work so I’m just stuck wit food I can’t eat

Food was good. The manager and staff were just idiots and didn't care to help and kept getting the order wrong. Go here for the food but don't expect quality customer service.

I ordered a 3-piece fried chicken dinner with breast, leg, and thigh. They charge extra for breast. I also ordered a #whatever with 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and drink. I got a sweet tea.
When I got to the window they told me they were out of cole slaw. It wasn't even 6:30 pm.
I substitute extra fries (for my mother).
The sweet tea was old and bitter and bad.
When I got back to the house the chicken meal was a thigh and 2 wings, which she doesn't eat. Hey fries were cold, and the ONE thigh had such a small amount of meat on it, it was barely worth eating.
It's too far away to take it all back, so she ate her cold fries and her tiny little bit of chicken.
We are both very disappointed in this store. The quality and service has gone way WAY downhill over the years.
