For 2 people eating from Jack's the total shouldn't have been 19.86 in all especially for breakfast... The lady taking the orders was BEYOND nice. But the food ????. The food was cold. I asked for a sausage biscuit with my order never received it. My mom asked for the plate with the biscuit and gravy with grits and as you can see from the pictures this food wasn't 19.86 or wasn't worth that.... I ended up throwing the food I had away and the other half to the birds so did my mom.... Just a waste of time and money.

Not a good experience at all. Late breakfast visit. Biscuits were hard and overcooked. Ordered the two chicken biscuit bundle deal. One look like it was an oversized McNugget and not a chicken patty. Lots of stress among the staff. Manager in charge was trying desperately to rally the troops and to give good guidance and to resolve issues. I can't imagine people thinking that a burnt biscuit is edible and needs to be served to a customer. They remade my sandwiches. I complimented the manager in charge and thanked her for all the effort she was putting out there and told her that there's good days and there's days like today.

My husband went to the location on Hwy 11. My ham biscuit was burnt. So hard I couldn’t even bite it. Tried to contact the store the phone wouldn’t ring it just cut off. I would like to have a replace or my money back.

Pay attention to your order before you leave. Staffing with lots of kids, they play more than they should. Mgt/Leaders are attentive and polite. It could stand a deep scrub cleaning to refurbish the kitchen prep area. Ceiling tiles and light covers need changing. Dining room was clean.

Dirty, staff unable to multitask, argument between employees and customer, almost came to blows. Management very unprofessional pic of dirty trash strewn counter.

I go back and forth about Jack's as a company/franchise. Their food is one of the best for fast food. Some stores are cleaner and more efficient than others. And the cleanliness of the individual restaurant changes depending on how busy they have been that day. So, I cannot unequivocally recommend them as a company/franchise.

But, I have had more positive experiences than with any other fast food. And, I'll choose to eat at Jacks over similar restaurants any day.

Fairly prompt service. Order was correct. I had to opt for chocolate shake - they didn't have any other flavors (wanted peach). Shake cup was only 3/4 full. #5 combo was good, the usual quality. For fast food, everything was pretty good at this location.

I did go through drive thru and ordered breakfast ... breakfast platter with bacon and a steak biscuit with hashbrowns. Grease was old tasting...tasted like burnt food!!! But what got me was when I asked the cashier for a couple of salt packets... she says We Don't Have Any Salt OR Pepper packets... really... Either she was to lazy to go ask...or the restaurant needs to re evaluate prices or ordering stock... really Jack's can't afford salt and pepper for what they charge just for breakfast. My spouse was disappointed in the grits...too runny and looks like cheese in grits... couldn't tell....it was something! Cashier poor attitude and lost food!!!!
