Went to Chili’s ???? Grill & Bar for a good ole outing with the family. The ambiance was at a good setting to relax and eat. The orders consist of the deals “3 for Me” and Cajun Chicken Pasta.

Donovan was our server and he did a great job. Always asking the right questions. He gets five ???????? ???????? ???????? ???????? ????????. Look below for pro’s and con’s.

Pros:

Served meals accordingly

Plates were served hot and ready

Server was polite and knowledgeable

Variety of beverage choices (I got red wine ???? Cabernet Sauvignon) you should already know. ????????????

Friendly environment

Prices are reasonable

Seating for tables vary in minutes based on size of group

Handicap accessible and spacious parking

At least (3) location near me

Traveling distance is convenient

Cons:

Dressing and sauces were watery texture.

Mozzarella sticks cooked semi-hard.

The 6 oz. Steak looked a little deformed. Though, it was a decent size of proportions for my little one.

My hubby said the Cajun Chicken pasta did not have that spice and kick he was looking forward too.

So, this was the reason for 4 stars.

Just had a pretty unpleasant experience here. Our waitress was absolutely horrible. We pretty much ate our whole meal with an empty glass. A good portion of our meal was bad. The corn on the cob was drowned in butter. As well as the ribs completely drowned in barbecue sauce way too much and way overboard. The quesadillas were pretty great save for the fact that they were covered with jalapenos way too many jalapenos on top of the fact that we ask to hold the jalapenos. Upon ordering the appetizer it was completely wrong because the waitress was not paying attention. The appetizer was brought back corrected however we still had to pay for it. Food was decent but not amazing. Service was absolutely horrible. I've enjoyed Chili's at other locations in the past and it was wonderful. This is not a wonderful location.

We've had 2 previous experiences where we walked out and left. But we thought we would give them one more chance tonight. The only positive thing I have to say is that the hostess was friendly and smiling. We arrived at 7:30. There may have been 10 tables with people seated and we had no wait time. It took our server a good 20-30 minutes to even come to the table and take our drink orders. Then another 30 minutes or so to get our food. She never checked on us in between. When the food came out there were no napkins and the server no where to be seen. I finally walked around to the bar and asked what appeared to be the manager for some napkins. Food was mediocre at best. No drink refills were ever offered. Service was just terrible. We decided to pay on the little kiosk at the table when it became clear she wasn't coming back out with the check. As we finish paying she pops out of the back and said did you make sure your check was right, they be messing it up all the time. The table behind us was complaining of the same things we were. They left a note on their table expressing their displeasure. This was the 3rd strike for us. We finally got out of there a few minutes after 9. There's no reason it should take that long with so few customers and several staff just strolling around the dining room looking bored.

Asked for Well Done got Medium, Mashed potatoes, had way too much bacon and the corn taste like old corn or water. Not sure which one but not a very happy customer.

No sure who our waiter was when we got here it was some guy. We had a party of 11 granted some people too a while to show up but he took our drink orders then we were ready for our food to be made and we kept waiting and waiting until a lady by the name of Tamika came over and took our order and informed us that the guy just up and left but we didn’t need to worry because she was going to take care of us. And rest to sure that’s what she did she definitely took care of us she needs a raise for her excellent service you rock Ms Tamika.

It seems Chilli's has redone their menu and everything seems so yummy. I had the sampler and everything was amazing! My boyfriend had a double burger and it was freshly made and tasted amazing .But the Mexican street corn could use a little more Mexican in it.

Avoid!!! Worst Chilis I’ve ever been to. Service is awful. The servers gather up in the back and laugh and talk while your food gets cold. The waitress took my drink order and came back 20 minutes with it. Where they seated me I could see her standing in the back laughing and talking while I waited on my drink. Food was worse but I don’t have enough space for that. Prices have gone up and portions have gone down. I had to pay through the machine on the table and it doesn’t let you customize a tip. That button doesn’t work. Overall bad experience and the food wasn’t even that great. I think I’m done with Chilis
