Janet was the most wonderful server. She was bright, cheery and checked in often to make sure we had everything we needed. She made our dining so enjoyable ???? Thanks! Best service ever!

I hate to give a negative review but… our experience was just… not good. We were driving from Florida to Wisconsin. Long drive and we wanted to sit down and eat for Lunch. While we wanted to relax and not be in the car, we also didn’t want to take too long. It was initially nearly empty when we got there. We were seated right away. But from then… it went bad. We sat for what seemed like a half hour before we finally flagged a hostess and asked to have our order taken. They looked at us confusingly and went off to find our server. The server still didn’t come. The host came to take our order… but that was just our drinks. So… we waited more for the food order. There were six of us. Three of the dishes were wrong. (2) wrong type of burger, (1) One only half the order came and when we asked (right away) they said they would get it. but… we didn’t want to wait any longer. The Ribs were dry. It was an expensive meal that none of us were happy about. We thought of leaving after waiting 20 minutes. We should have.

You call this a bone in ribeye? I asked for Rare, ok fine but this is one of the worst steaks I've had. Isn't this supposed to be a steak house? No flavor, no passion, not good, only thing was good was rolled and baked potato -10 out of 10

First time. They are always busy. Today was a 15mins wait. Glad to get in. Sister birthday, she picked Long Horn. The waitress was very nice but was overwhelmed. We didn't mind waiting because we was waiting on one more person. When she did make it back, we had our order ready. First things she inform us was we are out of this and this. Warning! Good thing we was getting something basic. So the season wings was overly seasoned. My fault with the burger. I took it home to cook well. You had to catch the waitress as she pass by or you wouldn't get her until another 4 pass through. The seats, if someone seating in the next booth you can feel ever move. Waited on the ticket to pay, took about 15mins until the manager came through I just asked can you bring the ticket for this table. I just paid for everyone so we could leave. Probably my hope was high and didn't get what I thought it would be after trying twice to get in before.

We were seated in a cluster of people in a nearly empty restaurant. I get that there are staffing shortages but you can spread people out in the restaurant and still effectively serve them all.
My silverware was dirty when I unwrapped it so I had to clean it with my napkin and water from my cup.

Then there was the women's restroom. It was so nasty dirty in there I felt like showering after I used it. The walls of the stalls had filth including large grease spots all over them. Not sure the floor has been cleaned since before covid pandemic. The toilet seat was sprayed with wet droplets that I assume result from flushing but the toilet paper only allowed one square at a time making it difficult to obtain enough paper to adequately wipe the seat off for use. The entire experience left me nauseous and unable to recall if my food was good or not...

Waitress took order and never returned with drinks when she brought salad didn't bring napkins food came steak was not hot and waited 10 min for steak sauce bread wasn't done and never refilled drinks. This was not good food or good service

If i could give the trussville location 0 stars I would. They are VERY RUDE and unprofessional. I went to pick up my online order and the order was wrong, so I went back in and both hostess looked at me like I was crazy and checked my bag multiple times. After being stared at like I was crazy the hostess comes back drops the order in my bag and doesn’t say a thing!!! No sorry, no apologies no anything! I stated “Well don’t you guys think you owe me an apology?” One hostess says with her head down “well we fixed your concern” . Smh ! I will never return to this location and advise others not to unless you want inadequate, unprofessional customer service!! I will also be in contact with corporate.

Waiter was very rude & nasty. Didn’t get served till 30 mins later. We asked a batch of rolls we waited atleast 40 mins to get those. Drink was horrible lady said the manager was making them!! ordered loaded cheese fries only gave us a handful. Very dirty, rude staff, roaches, This place should be shut completely down.
