Dined in here twice while visiting Alabama. The waitresses were so nice and greeted me each time I walked in the door. The food was great and I look forward to visiting again the next time I’m in town.

Our server (I think her name was Ty) sucked. She made it feel like my kids and I were a bother. We ordered our drinks and I ask for more time to order the food so I could go over the options with my kids (it was my son's birthday and my other child's first time at a waffle house). We asked for a lemon for my older child's water. She thought it was for me and said there weren't anymore lemons even though a table came in right after us and got lemons for her water. I ordered a coffee and she didn't bring creamer. I had to ask her for it, which is where I got an eye roll. The kids started to tell me what they wanted and she started to write it down as if they could just order alacart and she could charge an extreme amount. I told her the boys would split an all star and add an extra waffle. She rolled her eyes and sighed like I was an annoyance. I ordered what I wanted and she walked away. She never refilled drinks, I had to ask another server for that. She brought us 1 waffle and placed it in front of my oldest kid and said she was working on the other. She never brought syrup or butter. I cut up the oldest kid's waffle for him and we waited for the rest of the food. She finally brought the kids food about 5 minutes later (missing the other waffle we ordered). I split up their food. I tried to get the servers attention but she ignored me. The table that came in after us had already got their food and handed us the syrup from their table so the kids could eat. She finally brought my food. She placed our check on the table and walked away. I asked when she was bringing the other waffle. The response was an eye roll and "oh". We finished eating, paid and left. 1 refill on drinks the entire time. She has to be the worst server ever. The whole time we were there she was too busy flirting and touching another server there. I would not recommend this location at all.

service was just passable, place was dirty, one customer had three children that were excessively noisy and running around the restaurant disturbing customers and left the biggest mess I ever saw. The manager should have controlled that problem, it ruined what should have been a nice experience for me and the other guests. The food was hot and good, exactly as I ordered. I understand that woman comes every Wednesday and that they always act like that. I certainly will never go there on Wednesday again.
I went back today just to see if last time was an odd day. I had the worst service I have ever had, will NOT go there again. A gentleman sat down beside me at the bar, said he was a regular. He spoke to everyone as he came in. After about 10 minutes when no one had even spoken to him, he got up and left. My waitress had bright red hair, she talked and played music on the juke box before getting my order. I have been in management 30 years, only the cook could ever work for me. He was trying to get things going but was ignored. Whoever the manager/owner is, he better get hold of that problem or that place will lose a lot of business.

Funny story, there is a waitress there who comes off rude but I believe that is just her personality. Picture the "clear eyes" commercial from back in the day type personality. Anyways, give her a chance, she tries and will get your food to you quick. Place is free from drama, at least during our visit. Food good, clean diner.

My first time at this location. My son and I were immediately seated. The waitress was nice and friendly and made sure that we had everything thst we needed and wanted. We did not have to wait long for the food, but it was not as hot as I wanted it to be. Not a bad experience tho. Will probably visit again.

We didn't get to eat. I guess the waitress didn't think we were important enough to serve but she went right to the Caucasian family that pulled up and sat at the counter more than 5 minutes after we sat down. After continuing to wait a few more minutes, we left and went to a better restaurant. This one is OFF my radar now. By the way, this was the 2nd Waffle House today. The other one wasn't accepting dine in customers. Waffle House needs to see what these people are doing at their franchises. Makes them all look bad.

Me and a friend dined in. We were the only white people there and it was so awesome that they didn't treat us any different or refuse to serve us like the last waffle house we had been to. They had great music playing , the workers were nice and fun to talk to , the food was great. The only thing that was an issue was it was kind of dirty in there. I understand there was only 2 workers there though. So it was no big deal

Saturday late night and we're dealing with one cook and one waitress. Cook was awesome and helped get my drink and food. Terribly low staffed.
